ISL-Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

(Free International Certification from

To be able to apply lean principles to

different process settings

Lean and Six Sigma have evolved in Toyota,
Japan and Motorola, USA respectively. Lean
has a reputation of making the organization to
drive cost reduction through creating an
organization wide war on waste. Lean makes
the organization competitive in the long-term.
On the other hand, Six Sigma proved itself as
the most effective problem solving approach and
delivers breakthrough results in the short-term.
An organization can gain both in short-term and
long-term by combining the Lean as well as Six
Sigma approaches. Lean Sigma program
combines the best of American and Japanese
quality management practices.
It is based on BoKs of SMELean Bronze Certification and IQF-Certified
Lean Six Sigma. The course is designed to
bring together the best of Lean and Six Sigma in
a synergistic way
ISL-certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts learn
the six sigma problems solving methodology
(DMAIC), the statistical tools and Lean tools.
The focus is to master the application skills
rather than learning the theoretical
understanding. The program makes extensive
use of MS-Excel for data analysis.
Learning Objectives

We are in knowledge era and lean six sigma
qualifications are unique when compared to the
normal university based qualification. Lean Six
Sigma Certification is based on both knowledge
and skills and gives confidence in your
capabilities. The major benefits of lean six
sigma green Belt certification: Able to get better
jobs and higher salaries. Lean Six Sigma skills
are generic and thus help in switching industry.
Faster return on investment when compared to
MBA and other qualifications

E-Dialogue is specially designed to improve

interaction between you and our mentors and as
well with other students. It uses a structured
approach for reading/posting/replying messages.
E-Dialogue looks like a traditional online
discussion forum but when the messages grow
beyond a certain number you will be given an

opportunity to summarize the same. In-fact

summarizing a thread is the best way to score
more points.

The e-Facilitator is an innovative tool to help
you in implementing the lean six sigma DMAIC
project. Experienced Black Belts and Master
Black Belts will review your project at every
stage and give guidance. You can interact with
BB/MBB through this tool.

The e-Quiz is an interesting tool to help you in
testing your knowledge. You can test your
knowledge at each module. You can also check
your preparedness to IQF and ASQ USA Exams.
The module wise, topic wise details evaluation
report is generated instantly. The questions are
generated randomly and for each wrong answer,
right answers along with comments are also
displayed instantly
