This role is responsible for marketing, promotions, and public relations efforts that generated in excess of 200 million media impressions. Added duties include, planning and executing advertising and marketing campaigns while working directly with vendors to create and distribute marketing collateral, POP materials, event teaser ads, and PR materials. The solicitation and cultivation of tour sponsors and vendors, in addition to the supervision of the event budget, revenue and expenses in excess of $850,000 are also important functions of this position. Additional responsibilities include training and managing over 80 volunteers and the event staff.
