Whizz-Bang Cocktail: A 1930s twist on the traditional dry Rob Roy. Scotch, dry vermouth and subtle hints of pomegranate and anise. French Vanilla Martini: Vanilla vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice shaken vigorously then strained into a cocktail glass and topped with pineapple raspberry foam. Negroni Cocktail: Gin, sweet vermouth and Campari are combined in this old-school Italian aperitif. Served over ice. Islay Martini: A dash of smoky Lagavulin single malt scotch lifts icy-cold vodka to new heights. Finished with a lemon twist. Potato Porcini Martini: A 6-1 vodka martini made with Chopin potato vodka and dry vermouth. Dusted with porcini mushroom powder. Black Watch Cosmopolitan: Pale pink in color with citrus vodka, orange and lime flavors at its core, our Cosmopolitan is completed with natural oils from a flamed orange peel. Hot Scottish Peach: The peatiness of scotch is married with the sweetness of peach and o set by a tantalizing dash of chipotle syrup. Champagne cocktail: Our version of this classic employs a hearty splash of Cognac and Italian Proseco. Muddled Market Martini: Typically featuring one or more fresh fruits, vegetables or herbs. Please consult your server for today’s o ering. Orange Margarita: Reposado tequila, triple sec, fresh squeezed lime juice and a splash of OJ. Served on the rocks with a half-rim of orange salt.
