WEDNESDAY: FULL STAFF MEETING 3:40-4:50 TOTAL RUNNING TIME: 70 minutes


For the first 15-minutes Josh, Steph & Maggie will re-introduce the scheduling options for next year. There will be a vote on the
schedules. The remaining time will be used to A. go over SQR issues and B. get feedback on teacher retreat needs/issues.

FRIDAY A: PD COHORT WINDOW #1 Debrief 1:30-2:30 TOTAL RUNNING TIME: 60 minutes


PD observation cohort will explore themes, goals and ideas for improvement during this post-observation. Please report to the
room of the teacher you observed.

FRIDAY B: POWERSCHOOL GRADE/ETC. WORK TIME 2:30-3:30 TOTAL RUNNING TIME: 60 minutes
Power School needs to be updated and accurate before you leave for Spring Break on April 18. This is the halfway point for MP2.
At 3:30 that afternoon all Power School Grades will be checked in. This is being done to make sure we are tracking student
progress and grades and having this data collected and utilized is essential for upcoming events.

9TH AND 10TH GRADE SCIENCE FAIR
Friday, April 18th • 9am - 12:15pm (1st - 5th) • Rooms 305, 306, 307, 309
Everyone is invited - even if it is just for 5 minutes. Teachers/staff/students will be asked
to walk around to the different projects and have the students explain their findings. The
9th grade projects will be judged. Judge one or judge them all - whatever you have time
for! A fun rubric measuring technical knowledge, as well as both the verbal and visual
presentations will be provided, with the best projects will be given the chance to present
as a student watershed conference in upstate New York. Caloric-based door prizes will
be available for all who take the time (and energy) to judge!

REMINDERS & ANNOUNCEMENTS CONT.
Friday, April 18, 2008 - 9:30 a.m until 2:00 p.m. we will be having Breast Cancer Awareness Day
Workshops in the cafeteria. One workshop will be at 9:30 am and the other at 11:30 a.m. We are asking
the 9th and 10th to go down first then the 11th and 12th. Please suggest to students that they invite their
parents to this event.

• THANK YOU: To all staff that opened their doors/assisted with the Tyger foundation visit.

• TWO MORE NETWORK MOCK SQRs are scheduled for April 17 & 28th!!

• FYI : 11th Grade Students & Staff will be out of the building on a full grade Ramapo retreat Wednesday April 15th.

• April 19th is National Youth Service Day and Amelia and the UP team are painting murals in our school with the help of City
Year. All students and staff and families are invited. 9am-2pm.

• TEACHERS CHOICE: All purchases for Teachers Choice WERE DUE March 15th. SAVE ALL RECEIPTS. ATTACH THEM TO
ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT located on-line and submit them to Michelle by March 30th.
