Rules of Conduct
Professional Behavior is expected at all times
Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated- no arguments, fighting or partying. Threats, both verbal and physical, will
not be tolerated and will be reported to the local police. Disputes and disagreements should be resolved in a
professional manner. If unable to do so, a mediator will be provided whose decision will be binding.
No illicit substances or alcohol consumption is permitted on or in the surrounding properties controlled by the
PASS program- this includes the lecture center and the assigned apartments.
Smoking- is not permitted inside apartments at any time. Balconies are fine as long as each student cleans-up after
themselves, which means absolutely no signs of cigarette butts, ashtrays, etc. There are designated areas outside the
PASS Center for smoking students. There is zero tolerance for indoor smoking.
Study groups- study groups are encouraged; however, these should occur at the center, library, or club house. No study
groups are allowed in the apartments after l0pm.
No guests allowed after l0 pm. No member of the opposite sex or guest will be allowed to stay overnight in the
apartments. During the random apartment checks, as stated below, if evidence of guests, opposite sex guests, or
overnight guests is found you may be evicted.
No noise- this is a board review course. Therefore, the focus is solely on learning. It is important to maintain an
appropriate study environment for your peers at all times. Televisions are not allowed; however, radios are acceptable
with headphones and should be played at a moderate noise level.
Do not damage the furniture - Furniture should only be used for the intended purpose. Do not place your feet on the
tables or chairs. Do not lean back on the chairs.
Clean up immediately behind yourself. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sinks. Clean the microwave after use.
Clean the counter tops and stove after use. Do not leave the floor dirty after a spill.
Do not leave cooked food or dirty dishes in the oven. Do not leave spoiled or stale items in the refrigerator.
Do not leave items overnight in the refrigerator at the center- items left overnight will be discarded.
Please ensure that the toilet sink and bath are clean after use. Do not leave unsanitary items in the bathrooms.
Space should be evenly divided - Remember the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator are to be shared by everyone in the
apartment; therefore, the space should not be monopolized by one individual.
The laundry - Individuals should remove laundry promptly and the lint tray should be cleaned promptly after use.
Students should thoroughly maintain clean kitchen, dining and living room areas - Apartments will be randomly
inspected. The cost of cleaning the apartment will be charged to the offending party.
Do not destroy the apartments PASS will hold a credit card on file. Any damage that has been done will be charged to
the credit card on file.
Garbage should be removed daily from each apartment - this should be done on a revolving schedule by each
roommate. Feminine hygiene products should be disposed of promptly in the appropriate waste basket.
A vacuum is located at the center - Students are required to return the vacuum no more than 2 days after checking it out.

Students will forfeit their right to the vacuum if it is not returned on a timely basis.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
No firearms or any other weapons are allowed at the PASS Center or any facility owned or leased by the PASS Program.

If you are caught smoking on campus you will be given 2 warnings and after
your 2nd warning you will be dismissed from the program.
THE CONSEQUENCES OF BREAKING THESE RULES CAN INCLUDE:

Dismissal from the program - you will be required to vacate within 24 hours

a new cycle, drill sessions, using study areas, or our computer lab.

Tutoring Policy
Please see separate instructions on our Tutor Guidelines and Regulations.
By signing the Rules of Conduct, you are agreeing to the tutor guidelines and regulations that PASS have set in place.
