Analysis of Manhattan Beach real estate activity for April revealed total sales dropped 8.8%, median sales price declined 11.3% or
$281.25K, and sales-listing ratio fell 15.9%. However, during this period of time median days to sell improved 32.5% and net
listings increased 8.3%. Notable year-over-year stats worth mentioning includes 4.8% or $100K bump in the median sales price
and a 68.8% spike in net listings.
