TERMS OF PAYMENT:

MONTHLY CASH

CONDITION MUTUALLY AGREED UPON AS UNDER


1.

That the two parties agreed on the lease of one fully furnished room, part of a flat located in Puerto
Gallera Bldg. Doha Al Mansoura.
2. The lessee undertakes not to transfer the subject of Tenancy to anyone else under any circumstances.
3. The contract is valid up to the end of the specified period after which date it is considered null and
void.
4. Prior to signing the contract, both parties agreed and accepted the ff:
a. The lessee will contribute payment for the electricity and water bills.
b. The lessee can use internet and mosaic free of charge, all items and electric appliances
in the kitchen and other facilities in the house provided that he/she promise to use all
those items properly.
c. The lessor will not be held liable for the lost items in the room due to theft or burglary or
negligence of the lessee in his/her own room.
d. That the lessee agreed not to smoke inside the premises to maintain good housekeeping,
also agreed not to make any action which may cause disturbance or problem to other
member of the house.
e. That the lessee is not allowed to invite visitor from the opposite sex to sleep or stay
overnight at the premises unless he/she have documents to prove that the visitor is one
of his/her relatives.

That the lessee promise not to bring any danger to other member of the house
5. If the tenant wishes to carry out repairs or adjustment to the subject of tenancy, he has to do it at his
own expenses and need to advice and ask permission first to the lessor, and lessor inform from
landlord.
6. At the time the lessee wishes to vacate the premises he/she should inform the lessor minimum 6
weeks in advance prior vacating the premises, if not do to so, he/she should pay full month of the rent.
7. If the lessee acts against any of the conditions made in this contract, the lessor has all the right to
eject the lessee from his premises instantly and the lessee loses his right to the condition of the
contract.
8. That the lessee agreed to give an advance payment amounting to 1 month of his rent. To be refunded
at the end of this contract. But in case the lessee terminate this agreement without prior notice 6
weeks before vacating the premises he/she will not be entitled to use this advance for payment before
leaving the premises.
9. If the lessee wishes to vacate or go out of the country for vacation, he/she should inform the lessor the
date of leaving and arriving, and should pay the rent for the entire month ahead before his/her
departure.
10. The tenant should vacate the subject after end of contract in a good condition as he received it.

Hereby I abide by this contract and its ten (10) items
