Accomplishments:
Windows 7 Migration Project
Served as Project Lead for migrating/upgrading all computers from Microsoft XP to Windows 7 in the company.
Migrated end-user from Windows XP to Windows 7 manually in person. Created scope for this project, calculated total
estimated cost of upgrading approximately 150 plus machines in the company that were capable of running Windows 7
and compatible. This project lasted about 3-4 months.
RAM Upgrade Project
Used SCCM and SQL to run a report of all the machines that had low ram. Created report for supervisor explaining
what it would cost to upgrade all low memory machines to 8gb of RAM. Requested multiple quotes from vendors to get
the lowest possible cost for RAM to help keep the project cost low.

NSOC (Network Security Operations Analyst)
Regal Entertainment Cutover Project:
Project consisted of connecting network devices, troubleshooting to make sure all devices can communicate with each
other and using SSH (Secure Shell) and Telnet to login to routers and switches.
Utilized a VPN connection to run a ping sweep program to verify device connectivity.
Target Rollover project:
Remote access into routers using SSH (Secure Shell) and Telnet.
Consisted of upgrading all Cisco 2650 router to 2821 routers at all Target stores around the U.S. Daily communication
with technicians through the upgrade process with no production interruptions.
Disconnected network cables, WIC cards, and transferring to new routers as well as, verifying that the Target store was
back up and functional.
Accomplishments:
Diagnosed and solved network related issues. Executed two major projects while working for this company.
