OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES STARTING JULY 1, 2016


Starting July 1, 2016, a new leadership structure will be implemented in order to prepare for the
physical store expansion of the company and reward those who have helped in the expansion of the
business in the past months. As such, the following changes will be observed only for existing
franchise managers:
1.

The focus of operations moving forward will be on two areas discount cards and product
movement;
This change in strategy was a result of Ensogos closure in South-East Asia.
Ensogo is the largest seller of discount cards in the region. With their recent
exit in the business, a new opportunity awaits for us;
2. The discount card is subsidized by Galderma and thus, are assured by the company:
a. The discount card is given for installment payment at a price of PhP 1,599 if the
prospect decides in a period of 24-hours. Otherwise, it will be priced at PhP 2,099
on installment basis;
b. Three (3) Cetaphil bars will be given as free items to every customer;
c. The sponsor, so long as he is an active franchiser will receive three (3)
Cetaphil bars for every successful referral of their immediate referral. Other
discounts and benefits will be applicable based on the current agreement form;
3. There will be changes in the commission structure scheme:

*What are applicable products and services? These refers to existing imported items and factory returns,

The referrals of existing active franchisers will include those that they have encouraged
to become franchisers plus, those who availed of the discount card, either through
cash or installement basis;
Inactive franchisers will be converted to ISG (Independent Sellers Group) membership in order
to give way for new franchisers to assume their area of operations;

HOW TO REACH THE TARGET OF THIRTY-THREE REFERRALS?


1. Believe that you can do it. We have the best products, up to 40,000 partners, we are about to
replace Ensogo, and this card is given for FREE. They will only pay for the processing fee worth
PhP 1,599 for cash or installment (if they decide within 24-hours) or PhP 2,099 for installment
(if they decide after 24-hours).
2. The card is ready to be used for passive discounts this is way better compared to other cards
offered in the market by any company to date;
3. Almost everyone will like the card, so it is an easy commodity to sell. All we need to do is find
the people who have the following characteristics, so as not to waste our time:
a. People who have the money or willing to pay it in installment;
b. People who are willing to save money when buying groceries or paying bills;
c. People who are willing to help us by recommending their friends;
