Terms & Conditions

1) The above-mentioned product list is only an indicative list and not a complete list of our product range.
2) All the above-mentioned prices are Nett ex-works for bulk orders of 5 kgs. pack and above and subject to
revision without notice. Prices ruling at the time of delivery will be applicable.
3) VAT/CST extra as applicable. CST @ 2% against C Form and @ 5% without C Form.
4) Additional packing charges of Rs. 40/- per kg in 100 gms. packing and Rs. 80/- per kg. in 25 gms. packing will be
charged extra.
5) All the courier charges and surface, rail or air freight charges to the destination and insurance charges will be
charged on the buyers account.
6) Packing is done under strict supervision and with high quality packing material, however we are not responsible
for any breakages, leakages and shortages in transit.
7) Goods once sold will not be taken back.
8) All our products are free from alcohol and for industrial use only.
9) This price-list cancels all our previous price-lists.
10) All disputes subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
