III. Reflection:
This exercise was about creating a checklist based on the affective domain of learning.
For me, the checklist was the most common and perhaps the easiest assessment tool in the
affective domain. In fact, I was relieved because, I was able to do this activity in not less than an
hour unlike the past first and second activities. I just have to remember the format as well as the
elements of a checklist. However, I’m still afraid, because as a matter of fact, I’m not sure if this
work of mine is either correct or otherwise I need to revise it again. 

Renomeron. Dale Marie P. it is one of the effective assessment tools that should be used by the teachers. 4. Data: Topic/ Behavior: Mitigating Climate Change Direction: Put a smiley () in the box on how often do the following behaviors are observed. I ride a bicycle instead of a motorcycle in going to some short-distance places. I bring basket or net bag when buying some grocery items in the market. I should know how to create this type of assessment tool. Objective:  Using the concept about Rating Scale. I throw biodegradable wastes in a compost pit rather than burning it. However. 2. This activity is meaningful for me. This was due to the reason that a rating scale provides a detailed record of student’s performances which is shown to students to help them see what areas they need to improve. Reflection: This activity was about creating a rating scale in relation to the affective domain of learning. . 5.
