Benefits
Guaranteed discount

20% off the market usage charges set out above on each bill. Discount is applied to the GST exclusive costs
on your bill. Our rates will generally be adjusted annually, and we'll notify you when this happens. Your
discount percentage won't change during your benefit period.

Benefit Period

The Benefit Period is for 2 years. We will provide you with notice of your options prior to the end of the Benefit
Period. Your contract will continue until it is ended by either party.

Fees
The following fees (incl. GST) are payable if you break your Contract in the periods outlined:

Exit fee

Year 1 - $143
Year 2 - $49.5
If you received any campaign rewards with this offer, you may need to repay the value of those rewards
should you end this Contract within 12 months of the Benefit Start Date.

Paper bill fee

A fee of $1.69 (incl. GST) may apply to bills delivered by mail.

Over the counter fee

When paying bills over the counter at Australia Post branches, an over the counter fee of $1.91 (incl. GST)
may apply.

Credit card merchant


service fee

Credit Card payments may be subject to a Merchant service fee of 0.36% for Visa and MasterCard and
1.5% for American Express.

Late payment fee

$12 (GST does not currently apply to late payment fees).

DEFINITIONS
Daily supply charge: a charge that applies for supplying electricity to your premises for each day of the billing period, regardless of how much
electricity you use.
kWh: stands for kilowatt hour and is the measurement for your electricity usage.

ELIGIBILITY The details presented in this fact sheet are for an applicable billing period for a Business customer located in the Essential Energy
distribution area outlined with a metering configuration as described. Unless otherwise specified, Peak Only is the default meter type.

PRICE CHANGES Prices may be varied in line with your terms and conditions and we will provide you with notice of these not later than your
next bill.
