Goes to Amy Surdam

Cheyenne Wyoming: Amy Surdam has received the endorsement of the

Cheyenne Firefighters I.A.F.F. Local-279.
Surdam is a long time member of the Emergency Medical System (EMS). Prior to her
role as the Executive Director of the Downtown Development Authority, she has spent
the last 20 years as a Registered Nurse then Family Nurse Practitioner in Emergency and
Urgent Care services. She continues to serve as a medical provider in the Wyoming
Army National Guard (WYARNG).
According to Surdam, I have so much respect and admiration for those in the EMS
system: health care providers, firefighter, and police. They are there for us, 24/7, 365
days a year. They sacrifice so much for us every single day. I am very honored to receive
this endorsement from the people I respect so much.
Surdam announced her candidacy for Mayor on March 29, 2016. She has also received a
Mayoral candidate endorsement from the Cheyenne Greater Chamber of Commerce.
