Create your Georgetown College account. To create your account, visit: Please select “Graduate Student” from the available
options. You will need the student identification number contained in this letter. If you have any questions, contact our IT
support desk at 502-863-HELP (4357).
Complete the Moodle admission orientation. Using your Georgetown College account, log in at: In the “Quick Links” box on the left, select “Sage (Moodle).” This will take you to your
program’s Moodle server, home to all of your online course offerings. Once there, select “Graduate Student Orientation.”
This mandatory orientation will familiarize you with the college and with your program’s course formatting.
Registration. Georgetown College will complete your registration process for you. When you are notified that you have
been registered, please continue to steps 4 and 5. Please contact Julie Florence at 1-855-765-8728 or email by April 27 if you wish to defer enrollment.
Contact Financial Planning. If you need financial aid, please contact Financial Aid Program at or phone (502) 863-7923.
Pay your bill through the Business Office. Once you have registered for your courses, you will be able to see your charges
on your portal. Payment plans are available upon request. For more information, please contact the Business Office at 502863-8021. Please be aware that, as a late admit, time is of the essence in relation to your ability to participate in class
and meet your financial obligations.

The Summer 2016 term begins on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. You will need to login to your course in Moodle on April 27,
even if your class meets on another day.
