Senior Adult Trip to Pigeon Forge November 14-18
We have 4 spots left - if you are interested, please come by church office for brochure or call to
make reservation. Cost: $418. per person or $836. per couple. Outstanding shows, great accommodations, dinner at Paula Deen's restaurant, Dollywood, Christmas lights, and much more!

Deacon Nominations Ballots turned in by July 17th

Nomination ballots are available in the church office or on the Welcome Table in the sanctuary.
The Deacon election will be held in August. Deacons presently serving: Geno Shirey, Verlon
Whaley, Mike Clemons, Gorman Grisham, John Jones, Frank Smith and Bobby Joe Smith.

Summit Training for Church Leaders August 5-6

Sunday School teachers and church workers: if you are interested in attending the Summit training
at Shocco, please contact Bro. Ben or the church office by July 24th. The church will cover the
camp cost.

Women on Mission Meeting Tuesday, August 2nd, 10:00 a.m.

Special guests Karen and Dr. Larry Fite will discuss their trip to the Lakota Indian Reservation in
S.D. They carried the shoes and OTC medication that we collected and donated. Lunch will be
