1. Deploy the strategic plan through action plans and provide for a set of metrics to measure
progress. Communicate plan to community.
2. Sustain fiscal management and responsibility. Balanced budget that aligns with strategic
plan. Budget process that includes community and stakeholder input and is transparent.
3. Improve communication and collaboration through professional development that strengthens
PLC's and builds capacity to improve student learning.
4. Provide information that is balanced and timely.
