{signed & stamped} (MANDATORY) PHOTOGRAPH IS MUST . (please ignore if
already done)
6.

AD ( Authorized dealer ) code issued by your bank .

7.

IEC / NON-IEC copy .

In case of Duty exemptions please provide the necessary certificate /

notification.

In case, you are appointing your own clearing agent, then you can
authorize them to collect the Delivery Order from us.

Kindly forward an original authority letter along with demand draft in

favour of M/s. FEDEX EXPRESS TSCS (I) PVT LTD towards delivery order charges
with your CHA for amount of INR 1652 + Taxes = 1900 INR.
With effect from 1st June 2016, an additional fee will be applicable for the
Delivery orders collected beyond the following timelines.
