Case Analysis:

It appears that one of the team members (Sam) became excessively motivated. He
wanted to rise as an individual superstar. So, the team lost its Identity
In a way, he was indulging people into Social Loafing, which is harmful for the
teams health
According to Tuckmans 5 stage theory- the Norming part had not happened
effectively in this team. Hence, people were indifferent to the core issues (Veena).
Also, people chose to do what they wanted (Sam).
Conflict handling was at stake because people did not know how to resolve it. They
hit a roadblock as Sam was Assertive & Non-cooperative (ie. In a Competing Mode)
Leadership was not Competent ie. did not excel at Level 3
