AVAILABILITY:
AvailableinallterritoryservedbytheCooperative,inaccordancewiththeCooperative's
ServiceRulesandRegulations.
APPLICABILITY:
Applicable at the Cooperatives discretion as an alternative to Schedule RFS8 for
residentialandfarmconsumerswho voluntarily elect to participate in the Cooperatives Prepaid
Metering Program and receive service hereunder.
ThisProgramisonlyavailabletodwellingunitswith200ampservicesuitableforyear
roundfamilyoccupancyandshallbeoccupiedbytheowner,orshallbetheprincipalplaceof
residenceoftheoccupant.ServiceunderthisProgramisnotavailableforpremiseswherethere
arecircumstancesoflifesupportandmedicalpriority.
The rates, fees and provisions stated herein under this Program may be changed or
discontinuedanytimesolelyatthediscretionoftheCooperative.

TERMS OF SERVICE AND PROGRAM FEES


Additional terms shall apply as conditions of service under the Prepaid Metering
Program.InadditiontotheFacilitiesandEnergyChargesshownabove,certainprogramfees
shallapply.Theterms ofserviceandtheamountsofthesefees shallbedeterminedbythe

CooperativeunderitsPrepaidMeteringProgram,andtheCooperativemayamendsuchtermsof
serviceandfeesfromtimetotime.Suchtermsofserviceandfeesshallinclude:

A.

If consumer is a new member, then membership and account establishment fees as


provided by the Cooperative'sServiceRulesandRegulationsmustbepaidbeforeelectric
serviceisinitiated.

B.

A minimum purchase must be paid for the amount for electrical energy stored in the
meter when service is initiated to the consumer under the Prepaid Metering Program.
a. New consumers - $50.00
b. Existing consumers The difference between $50.00 and the sum of Deposits and
Other Deposits made by the consumer.

C.

When the account balance reaches $10.00, a disconnect will be initiated. After 5 days of
disconnection, consumers account will be final billed.

D.

Reconnections will occur as follows:


a. If reconnected during regular business hours, there is no reconnect fee but
consumer must pay any deficit balance and bring account balance back up to a
minimum $50.00 credit.
b. If reconnected after regular business hours, a $10.00 after-hours reconnect fee will
apply, and consumer must pay any deficit balance and bring account back up to a
minimum $50.00 credit.

E.

Any existing debt management plan in effect for the consumer at the time of initial
service under this Program will call for at least 25% of each monthly payment going to
reduce the balance of debt subject to the debt management plan.

F.

If the consumer requests that billing hereunder be transferred to Schedule RFS-8, then the
consumer will be billed a rate change service fee of $25.00 and the account be credited
for the then current balance in the Prepaid Metering Program, and the consumer will be
required to pay a refundable deposit in such amount as specified by the Cooperatives
Service Rules and Regulations.

TERMSOFPAYMENT:
Allpaymentsforservicerenderedhereundershallbeprepaidbytheconsumeraccording
totheprovisionsstatedintheCooperativesPrepaidMeteringProgramand,ifapplicable,the
contractforelectricservicebetweentheCooperativeandtheconsumer.
WHOLESALEPOWERCOSTADJUSTMENT:
The above rates shall be increased or decreased subject to the provisions of the
Cooperative'sWholesalePowerCostAdjustment"WPCA8".

EffectiveforbillsrenderedonorafterJanuary1,2015.
