The deeds of the constitution of the JAI BHARATH DEVELOPMENT AND

INCUBATION CENTER OF EXCELLENCE(hereinafter called as Jai BharathDICE) is made on 2nd Feb 2015 by AnandVijay,S/O Anil Kumar Sharma, Age-24
(twenty four) years, Lecturer, residing at, 27/31, (PRRA 1B) C. A. George Lane,
Pipeline Junction, Ernakulam, Kerala-682033.
Jai Bharath-DICE shall be a constituent institutions of JAI BHARATH
EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION (registered), as an autonomous entity. The DICE
may increase or change its course.
Vision:- The DICE envision to create skills in young populace of the country
and encourage entrepreneurship by creeping their enterprises. It sees its vision
in shaping every human resource of the country.

Jai Bharath-DICE hereinafter set forth and appoints the person mentioned below as
Board Members of the Institution.

Now this witness as follows:The Institution hereby established called as Jai Bharath-DICE (which shall
hereinafter referred as DICE).
The office of the DICE shall be in the premises of Jai Bharath College of
Management & Engineering Technology, Ernakulam.
The objectives of the DICE are as follows:1. Jai Bharath DICE attempts to equip the candidate with the time tested
tools, technique and skills sets, necessary for handling any kind of work with
great aplomb.
2. Jai Bharath DICE envisions making the candidate to handle any
communication at any level with confidence, credibility and impact.
3. Speaking with confidence, making and delivering winning presentations,
listening actively, writing audience-centric positive and persuasive

documents like reports, proposals, and media communications are the key
components and the object of the programmes at Jai Bharath DICE.
Jai Bharath DICE sees its objective in sensitizing the participants about the
context of team working, including cross functional teams,
project/functional teams and virtual teams.
Through its various programmes and Incubation Cell it will sensitize the
participants about the dynamics of working together, building a team
orientation, strategies for building team culture, and developing inter-team
collaboration.
The programmes and courses will focus on the key concepts, design,
strategies, techniques, technology and management of supply chains;
ensuring the candidate as an individual and their organizations are not left
behind. Its objective is to guide and look into the future so that one is always
one step ahead.
The DICE shall see its objective also that lies with Jai Bharath Educational
Foundation as a parent Institution.
The affairs of the DICE shall be managed by the Chairman and President of
the DICE collectively who shall constitute the Board of management and all
the decisions relating to the inclusion of new members or removal shall be
vested in the hands of the Chairman and the President of the DICE.
The Chairman and the President shall designate the members of the board as
office bearers.
The term of office of all of them be three years unless otherwise determined
by the board and the post is honorary other than Chairman and President.
Any of the office bearers can be asked to discharge their duty, by a
resolution passed by the Board of Members by a majority of 2/3rd of
members present.
The Board of members may also constitute a advisory board of eminent
persons who may be consulted individually or jointly for achieving the
objective of the DICE.
The DICE shall form a by-laws for smooth functioning of the institution.

The Chairman shall preside over the meeting of the board of members and
shall guide the board. And in his absence the president shall preside the
meetings.
The Chairman and the President jointly shall have over all power of
supervision over the working of the Institute.
The Chairman and the President jointly shall have the power and authority to
execute all documents foe and behalf of the board of the members.
The bank accounts shall be operated jointly by the Chairman and President.
The Director(finance) shall advice on execution of funds and assets of the
institution.
The Director & Programme coordinator shall make the programmes and
executes the courses, on approval by the Chairman and the president jointly.
The DICE shall work, autonomously, in the premises of Jai Bharath
Educational Foundation.
The DICE shall reserve the right of going autonomous, with the majority of
consensus of the board.
The funds and assests shall be equally managed by the Chairman and the
President.
It shall be prerogative of only the chairman and the president to execute the
funds and include other board in the execution with the share.
The above said statements can go amendments, on requirement, for the
welfare of institution.
