House Favorites
Indian Fry Bread: A serving of hot WoodenKnife fry bread, sprinkled with powdered sugar or
cinnamon sugar, and served with Black Hills honey.
Indian Shortcake: A small serving of hot WoodenKnife Indian fry bread topped with ice cream,
strawberry sauce, and whipped cream.
Wojapi: A traditional Sioux favorite. Three strips of hot WoodenKnife Indian fry bread, served
with a cup of warm strawberry sauce.

Fresh Fruit Pies: Ask for the flavors of the day. We serve 'em right - French vanilla along
side and drizzled with goodies.
Fried Ice Cream: Vanilla ice cream covered in a crunchy coating, fried golden brown,
topped with hot fudge and whipped cream.
Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae: Rich chocolate brownie topped with French Vanilla ice
cream creamy hot fudge and a drizzle of caramel...WOW!
Tavern Style Carrot Cake: Made in store and "to die for" good - Slivered carrots,
pineapple and walnuts galore- iced with our rich cream cheese frosting and laced with
warm caramel sauce.

Martha's Vineyard Salad: Red Leaf Lettuce with crumbled Blue Cheese, red onion, roasted
Pine Nuts and dried Cranberries and topped with our Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing.

Junior Stage Stop: 1/3 pound of Certified Angus Beef, topped with bacon, sauteed mushrooms

Crispy Chicken Wrap: Crispy Chicken tenders, green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, sweet red onions,

roll. Served with hand cut French fries, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion.
Spearfish Canyon Burger: 1/3 pound of lean groundCertified Angus Beef, on a grilled burger
bun. Served with hand cut French fries, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion.
Chicken Strip Basket: Crispy, home-style chicken tenders, served with hand-cut fries and a
buttermilk biscuit, and your choice of ranch dressing, sweet and sour sauce, hiney mustard, of
BBQ sauce.
Icebox Canyon: House made Sloppy Joe with our special combo of beef, celery, onions, and
the right blend of spices.
Pulled Pork Sandwich: Slow roasted pork shoulder, shredded and simmered in our Tex-Mex
BBQ sauce, served on a toasted bun.
BLT: The Classic - 4 slices of smoked bacon, mounds of lettuce and sliced tomatoes, served

Breakfast
Sourdough Pancakes: Made from our house made sourdough recipe. Thin, light, and
delicious.
Biscuits and Gravy: Homemade sausage gravy served over fresh buttermilk biscuits.
Broken Arrow Ranch Eggs: Hash browns topped with our homemade Taco meat and bean
sauce, two eggs, tomatoes, sweet red onions, grated cheddar cheese, black olives, and
picante sauce, served with a side of toast. OR Veggie Broken Arrow Ranch Eggs: take out the
meat and bean sauce - add our special black bean sauce.
Wild Bill Skillet: Home-style potatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and your choice of
crumbled bacon, sausage, or diced ham; topped with two eggs and cheddar cheese, served
with choice of toast, biscuit or pancake. OR Veggie Skillet: we'll add more veggies and skip
the meat.
Dustin's Camping in the Woods Breakfast Burrito: A flour tortilla stuffed with hash browns,
green peppers, onion, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, picante sauce, and your choice of
crumbled bacon, sausage or diced ham; served with sour cream and two eggs on the side.
Cathie's Fantasy Strawberry Pancakes: Two sourdough pancakes topped with strawberry
sauce and whipped cream, served with two sausage links.
The Last Stage - Steak and Eggs: A generous portion of Sirloin Steak Tips smothered in grilled
mushrooms and onions in natural juicies, two farm fresh eggs, hash browns, buttermilk biscuits
and a cup of sausage gravy.
