SMALL COMMERCIAL SERVICE

AVAILABILITY
SINGLE PHASE: Available in all territory served by the Corporation in accordance with
the Corporations Service Rules and Regulations.
MULTI-PHASE: Available to consumers located on or near the Corporations multiphase lines of adequate capacity, subject to the Corporations Service Rules and Regulations.
This schedule may be made available in additional territory, at the option of the Corporation, by
making a line extension under the conditions outlined in the appropriate paragraph below.
APPLICABILITY
Applicable to all single-phase commercial consumers. Applicable to all multi-phase
commercial consumers requiring 50 kVA or less installed transformer capacity.
TYPE OF SERVICE
Single-phase or multi-phase, 60 hertz, at the following standard voltages: 120/240,
120/208, 277/480, 240/480 or other voltages as might be mutually agreeable.

MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE


The minimum monthly charge shall be $20.00 for single-phase service and $27.50 for
multi-phase service where 25 kVA or less of transformer capacity is required. For services that
require more than 25 kVA transformer capacity, the minimum monthly charge may be increased
$1.00 per kVA, or fraction thereof, of additional capacity supplied by the Corporation.
WHOLESALE POWER COST ADJUSTMENT
The above rates shall be increased or decreased in accordance with the Corporations
Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment, Schedule WPCA-11.

METERING
Metering shall be at secondary voltage and the required metering equipment will be
furnished, owned, and maintained by the Corporation at a mutually agreeable location.
LATE PAYMENT CHARGE
The above rate is net. It applies if payment is made by the past due date shown on the
bill. A late charge of $5.00 will be added if payment is not made by the past due date.
LINE EXTENSION
A multi-phase line extension or conversion for the purpose of rendering service to a
consumer located where electrical service is not now available or adequate, will be made at the
option of the Corporation, but only after the service contract and such agreement, easements,
etc., as may be necessary, have been properly executed. The Corporation reserves the right to
modify the terms of this rate schedule as to minimum contract demand and minimum contract
period, as a condition upon which such a line extension will be made, or to require a cash
contribution from the prospective consumer or to refuse altogether to make the proposed
extension if, in the judgment of the Corporation, the prospective additional revenue to be
received does not justify the required capital expenditure or added maintenance cost. Any line
extension so built shall be owned and maintained by the Corporation up to the point of its
connection to the consumers central distribution point, or, if there is no central distribution
point, to the point of attachment to the consumers service entrance.
TERM OF CONTRACT
Five years.
TAX AND/OR FEE ADJUSTMENT
In addition to all other charges contained herein, the consumer shall pay any sales, use,
franchise or other tax and/or fee now or hereafter applicable to the service rendered hereunder or
imposed on the Corporation as a result of such service.
