REL's SURE-Pulse Software processes the information

recorded with oscilloscope software used in Split
Hopkinson Pressure Bar procedures. This software is
designed to analyze oscilloscope waveforms to determine high strain rate testing results; such as: Stress,
Strain, and Strain Rate.
SURE-Pulse Software directly integrates strain results
from high-speed cameras displaying them in graphs.
Different sample geometries can also be accommodated.

SURE-Pulse can load data from multiple shots for comparison. Data
and graphs can be exported into Microsoft Excel format or saved
to be viewed later.

MATERIAL TESTING AND ANALYSIS

REL offers comprehensive Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar testing with
complete material analysis. Services include, but are not limited to:

Sample preparation
Sample mounts tailored to test
On-site SEM; material analysis
Recommendations and insight on test results

The SURE-Pulse software helps verify the systems

accuracy by including checks in the system to insure it
is well aligned and calibrated.
