1. write an academic essay which discusses on teachers role as a leader in the teaching
profession based on various relevant resources in 1600 words.
2. write a critical review of a journal article entitled Interpersonal Teacher Skill And Its
Relationship With Students Academic Achievement in 1000 words.

Teacher leadership was defined as:
The process by which teachers influence their colleagues, principals, and other members
of the school community to improve teaching and learning practices with the aim of
increased student learning and achievement.

Based on the above statement as a future teacher, you are required to discuss in your
academic writing on how you can play your role as a leader in the teaching
profession.
