To whom it may concern,

For five years at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, I have had the privilege of
contributing to the well-rounded development of college students, while collaborating
with other administration and faculty to ensure that all of our students receive top
priority customer service. Throughout my professional career, I have exposed our
students to various leadership, cultural, diverse, novelty, and community service
learning experiences. With these duties, working under pressure, prioritizing,
multitasking, and promoting teamwork are expected to fulfill the administrative details
and deadlines for the Office of Student Affairs, while maintaining compliancy with
university policy. My current administrative duties have prepared me for a variety of
administrative positions and I am confident that I will be able to make an impact for
your institution.
I show pride in my work and possess unteachable and highly desirable characteristics
which range from high-energy professionalism, to self-directed initiative. My
employment history has always required strong attention to detail and organization
while following fiscal and ethical responsibilities and procedures. Being a problem
solver, I have the capacity to multitask through a multitude of situations. My Masters of
Education degree has prepared me for situations that may arise, regardless of the
educational setting, such as understanding interpersonal relationships, various
administrative structures, and strategies on how to make timely decisions. Just as I see
myself as a lifelong learner, I see myself as a lifelong educator with the ability to
provide growth and development opportunities.
As a professional in education, it is my duty to shape the current and future environment
of the institution that I service in a way that is assertive, decisive, and dependable. It is
expected of myself that I cultivate a culturally competent learning atmosphere that
empowers all students to succeed in achieving their educational goals. I know my
extensive involvement at the Pennsylvania State University, along with my motivation,
dedication to student success, and team player mentality, will make me an asset to your
institution for many years to come!
