Patrol observed vehicle traveling eastbound on Maple St,

traveling at a high rate of speed. Radar confirmed speed at
47mph. Officer initiated traffic stop, and issued ticket for speed

Narrative

Patrols responded to an ongoing physical altercation between a

male and female at the above listed location. In speaking with
witnesses it was revealed that during the incident, the female
subject, Yang, kicked and punched the male victim multiple
times and further placed the victim in a choke hold. Yang was
arraigned in Potsdam Town Court and remanded to the SLCCF in
lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
