Cocktail Drinks

(Vodka Base)
Electric Lemonade
Ingredients:
 1 jigger citron vodka
 ½ jigger blue curacao
 2 once sour mix
 12 ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated
beverage
 1 lemon – cut into wedge, for garnish
 Add all ingredients to list
Directions
1. Fill a Collins glass with ice. Pour in vodka,
blue curacao and sour mix. Fill to the top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with lemon
wedge, and serve with straw.

Vodka Collins

Ingredients





1 jigger vodka
3 jigger sweet and sour mix
1 cup carbonated water
Add ice cubes
1 slice orange, for garnish
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

Direction:
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka and sweet and sour. Shake well, and
then strain into a tall glass full of ice. Fill the glass with carbonated water. Cut orange
slice into quarters.

In a gallon pitcher prepare the lemonade concentrate according to package instructions. replacing one can of water with the vodka. (Gin Base) Singapore Sling Cocktail Ingredients:          1 cup ice 1 jigger gin ½ jigger cherry-flavored brandy ¼ jigger triple sec ¼ jigger Benedictine liquer 4 jigger pineapple juice ½ jigger lime juice ½ grenadine syrup 1 slice fresh pine apple. combine apple schnapps.1. Garnish with lime wedge. build all ingredient together. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of Granny Smith apple. Mix well. In a high Ball glass with ice cubes. (Rum Base) Pina Colada Cocktail Ingredients  2 jigger light rum  3 tablespoon cream of coconut  3 tablespoon crushed pineapple  2 cups ice Directions 1. grenadine. and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 10 to 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white. pineapple. for garnish Maraschino cherry for garnish . Mai Tai Cocktail Ingredients         1 cup ice 1 jigger light rum 1 jigger gold rum ½ orange curaracao liquer ½ jigger orgeat syrup ½ jigger lime juice 1 wedge pineapple. Add ice.  1 egg white 1 cup ice cubes Directions 1. applejack. and ice in a blender. Strain into chilled wine glass. Combine rum. Pour into chilled Collins glass and serve with a straw. Puree on high speed until smooth. cover and shake until chilled. lemon juice. cream of coconut. Combine gin.

(Tequila Base) Tequila Sunrise Ingredients:     1 jigger Silver Tequila 4 jigger Orange Juice (better if fresh) ½ jigger Grenadine Syrup 1 jigger Lime (optional) Direction: 1. Pour in carbonated water to fill the glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Do not mix. Garnish with orange slice and serve perfectly. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour in rum. In a tall glass with ice. Beer Margaritas Ingredients: . stir together the confectioners' sugar and lime juice. If desired. Dash with Grenadine. add about 5 drops of lime juice and stir. Pour limeade. and ice into the bowl of a blender. and limeade has melted. tequila. amaretto. water. orange juice. Italian Amaretto Margarita Ingredients:      2jigger amaretto liqueur.      1 jigger limeade concentrate 1 jigger tequila 1 jigger water 1 jigger beer 1 cup ice cubes 1 wedge slice lime. and beer into a large pitcher. Adjust with additional water. Stir until well-blended. and garnish with lime wedges. for garnish Directions 1.

Whiskey Sidecar Ingredients:  2 tablespoon white sugar  1 jigger whiskey  1 jigger orange liqueur  1 jigger lemon juice concentrate  1 cup ice cubes  1 lemon wedge. Dip rim into sugar. garnish with a cherry and serve immediately Manhattan Honeymoon . Shaggy's Manhattan Ingredients:      1 jigger sweet vermouth 2 jigger bourbon whiskey 2 dashes bitters Cherries. Pour into cocktail glasses. for garnish 1 cup ice cubes Directions 1.
