Card 1 - FUNDRAISING
Fundraising by teachers and PIBG
Paint and brushes
Soft Board with frame (behind)
White Board with frame (In front)
Mechanical & Electrical
- Lights or power points
- Labor cost for M&E
Projector + Speaker 1
- 6' x 6' screen
- Projector cage 1
Polycarbonate (to seal ventilation grills)*
Windows (naco & glass panes)

Card 2 - ELECTRICAL WORK

Mechanical & Electrical work
- Pick your local supplier
- Replace lights (minimum 6 lights)
- Add power points
4 in front of classroom (13 amp)
2 behind of classroom (13 amp)
1 on the ceiling (for projector) (13 amp)
2 aircon (inside wall) (15 amp)
- Distribution Box (DB) (Optional)

Recommended time: 2 days

Card 3 - PREPARATION WORK

Clearing and Cleaning
Assign teachers/parents
Total of 10 people needed ( eg. 5 teachers & 5 parents)
Clear all furniture
Replace soft board with frame (behind)
Replace white board with frame (In front)
Replace naco frames and broken/missing glass panels
Clean walls of all staple pins/tape marks/ scribbles/ dirt
Patch holes in walls
Level ooring using cement
Clean up
Recommended time: 3 days

Card 4 - PAINT WORK

Painting
Total of 10 people needed (eg. 5 teachers & 5 parents)
Purchase paint and brushes
Organise paint colours
Paint primar (overall)
Entry wall (with doors) - blue and white
Inner wall - pink and white
Front wall - grey (top half) green (bottom half)
Back wall - grey (top half) green (bottom half)
White Gloss - door frames, window bars, window frames
Prepare newspaper/canvas sheet to protect oors
while painting
Final clean up
Recommended time: 4 days

Card 5 - TABLE ARRANGEMENT & DOODLING

Tables, Chairs & Aircon - YTL Foundation

Table Doodling
Total of 10 people needed (eg. 5 teachers & 5 parents)
Prepare permanent markers to write/draw messages
Print out images
Prepare thinner and rags

Recommended time: 5 days
