The family would like to thank all friends and family all acts of love, prayers, and
kindness during this time of bereavement. We sincerely thank you for for celebrating
Veronica’s homegowing with us, We appreciate the cards, telephone calls, facebook
shout outs, and most importantly your prayers. May God keep you in perfect peace.
A special thanks to St. Luke Baptist Church, Pastor Sherrill Smith for making available
their facilities. Also a special thanks to Jennifer Yumeka Batchelor and Elder and

Veronica was a dedicated employee of Duke Energy formally CG&E where she gave 30+
Years of service.
Christian Experience
Veronica had a strong faith that start in her childhood at Zion Temple Missionary Baptist Church, Cincinnati , Ohio. As her journey continued she became a member of Inspirational Baptist Church, Dr.
Bishop Victor S. Couzens. Also enjoyed visiting St. Luke Baptist Church, Pastor Sherrill Smith, with her
sister Diane Williams.
