4. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The running package of BSC should always have a status BU. If the fallback package has
been activated for some reason, the status of the package has to be changed to BU after
verification of the functioning of the fallback package. Then a new fallback package has to be
created.

5. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The reason for actions mentioned above is because during a fallback copying the information
is copied from BU package to FB package even if the BU package is not in active state at this
time. In a situation of faulty BU package all the damaged data is copied to FB package during
a fallback copying.

6. SOLUTION / INSTRUCTIONS
To make a safecopy take the steps mentioned in Safecopy Procedure. Change the status of
packages with command ZWSC:

7. NOTE
If the fallback procedure has been executed during a time when FB package has been the
active one but not BU, after the next system restart all the damaged data is loaded to the units
and there is no more workable package in BSC.
