be used every time, the communication is established. Because
these telegrams are protocol-dependant, the used protocol
has to be declared, before new telegrams can be generated.

A TCP/IP - connection is characterized by

IP-Address and port number of sender and
IP-Address and port number of receiver
The port number of RTUs is fixed to 2404.
The port number of PCs is dynamically distributed at
startup. Router should not block port 2404.
