Indonesia's Dutch colonial period, that was really grim. Many Indonesian citizens who
were victims of violence dutch. One of them was a girl named Ansi. Ansi was a crippled girl. she
just relied on her right leg to walked. One day when Ansi was having lunch with her family.
Three Dutch soldiers came and destroyed all their belongings.
"Hey what the hell is this?" her father said angrily.
"Shut up!" shouted one of the soldiers.
Dutch soldiers quickly brought each member of Ansis family to the different prisons.
Prove without Ansi knew, it was the last day for her to met her family. Because, her family were
killed by spraying poisonous gas at the prison which they lived.
"Let go of me! Evil guys! Where you put my family?" Ansi yelled as hard as she could.
But all was in vain. Dutch soldiers left Ansi in prison with a blind girl.
"Who's there?" asked a girl who sat in the corner of the prison.
Ansi tried to approached the girl. "Im Ansi. And you?" she replied and asked.
Im Mica. Yesterday the soldiers brought me here. And they said, they will find a friend
to stayed with me in this prison. And if the prison is full, they will inject poison gas that will kill
all the inmates slowly" said her.

Ansi was shocked after heard Micas talked. She immediately thought of her family. Are
they still alive? or die
"Then we have to get out of here. I dont want to die in vain in this prison. Do you know
how? asked Ansi
I dont know how the way. if I could. Maybe just you have to get away. impossible if I
can escape from this prison. I cant see. Im blind . You know it right? answered Mica.
"I know that. But did you know that I crippled? Maybe we have a shortage, but we should
not give up. Wouldnt you like to meet your parents? C'mon! When there is a chance we just ran
out of here"
Two days had passed. The prison population wasnt still growing. After two days of
observated the state prison at night, Ansi finally got an idea. She will tried to took the key which
was hanging on the side of the prison by used Micas stick. And finally Ansi and Mica managed
to got the key.
Hussttt... lets go Mica. Help me to walk. Said Ansi quietly.
Ansi and mica walked very careful. They walked as much as possible without fell. They
tried to united all the differences that exist in ordered to got away from the Dutch prison.
is it possible we could get away Ansi? asked Mica.
"Hopefully mica. Continue to pray that God save us replied Ansi.
When Ansi and Mica was almost escaped from the Dutch prison, there was a soldier who
saw them ran away.

The inmates trying to escape shouted one soldier.

Mica and Ansi who heard it immediately ran whatever they could. Unfortunately both of
them fell because Mica could not compensated Ansi who tried to run as fast as the speed.
"Ansi? Come up. Hold my hand. Ansi where are you?" said Mica
I'm here Mica replied Ansi as she held out her hand.
No time to stood up again, Ansis feet shoot by Dutch soldiers.
Mica run .. run .. you were running ahead. Running as strong as your strength. Go Mica
do not mind me. Asked Ansi
No Ansi. I wont leave you here, we'll get away from here together Ansi
"If you do not run we will surely die Mica said Ansi.
If we must die. We will die together Ansi. Replied Mica.
And finally the Dutch soldier shoot them. They both died. They were still only thirteen
years old. But they had a passion for lived very long. They do not feel the cruelty dutch at that
time again. They were happy in heaven.
Moral value
We must work together to do something better. Shortage is not something obstacle if we
want to do something. Do not give up before the fight
