Through the 360 feedback, NEO Personality Assessment Report & MAPS Analysis, there are
certain areas of my personality which need to be addressed in order for me to achieve my target
goals and become an effective leader. The action plans needed to address these areas of concern

OBJECTIVE - I: Eliminate Disruptive Anger

Anger can become a hindrance in a team environment and undo the hard work I do. Eliminating
unfounded or disruptive anger from day to day life is an important aspect of my PDP.
ACTIONS:

Listening skills are important especially in a leadership role in any business. Effective listening
skills can help gain the trust of team members, resolve conflicts and develop innovative ideas.

Lay emphasis on ideas being communicated
Concentrate on the body language of the individual who is speaking

Listening without judging the speaker and trying to picture their information/intentions
