1. Capability and features


1.1 For digital SVPWM timing belt door machine, timing belt is adopted for transmission,
a frequency-conversion door machine drives the car door directly, and transmission
components are used in a small amount, with low operating noise and high control
accuracy.
1.2 Special low-frequency high-moment motor for elevator is used; timing belt
transmission is designed for the optimization of vibration and noise reduction, and
timing belt pulleys used are one-step formed by wear-resistant materials, with lower
running noise and longer life of timing belt.
1.3 The structure of door vane is simple and reliable, with good rigidity and flexibility.
Oil-free bearings are used for all connectors for door vane retraction and releasing and
are riveted together with pin roll of door vane without sliding friction, attrition and need
no maintenance. Rubber is used for buffering the latching so its free of noise.
1.4 The installation and debugging of door vane is simple. The door vane is installed on
the door hanging plate rather than on the car door, and the location adjustment is
convenient.
1.5 The structure of entire door machine is simple, with small volume and low weight,
convenient installation and adjustment. For installation, the door machine is installed on
the top of car and fixed with the C type tube welded on the car top and bolts. For
adjustment, the location of each direction is independent, the operation is easy and the
adjustment is convenient.
1.6 The maintenance of door machine and door hanging components is simple, with little
workload. Sealed bearings are used for all rotary components of door machine,
which will not wear due to sliding friction. Regular oiling or part displacement is not
required except for some regular check, adjustment and cleaning. The maintenance
workload is little.

As shown in the figure, put the door machine on the top of car and fix it on the car top with
four M10X20 bolts and square nuts.
1.1 Adjust height and left-right location: measure the distance between the bottom of
lead rail and the sill of car door, ensure that it is PH+160mm (PH is the height of
gateway) and fix the fixing bolts of bottom plate. Place a vertical line at the central
bolt of lead rail of door machine, measure whether the center of door machine
matches the center of gateway, loosen the bolts of supporting foots of door
machine, move the door machine left or right and fix the bolts of supporting foot of
door machine when the center of door machine matches the center of gateway.
1.2 Adjust the verticality of bottom plate of door machine. Use a vertical line to
measure the verticality of bottom plate of door machine to ensure the verticality at
0.5mm. Adjusting gasket can be added to the fixing bolts of supporting foot or
bottom plate of door machine to ensure the verticality of bottom plate of door

machine.
1.3 Adjust the distance between the door machine and sill and parallelism: referring to
the sill of hall door, the distances of end surface of lead rail of door machine to the
sill of hall door at the two ends of door opening width shall be identical; the
distance between the end surface of lead rail of door machine and the sill of hall
door: center opening door machine: 691mm, other door machine shall be
711mm;
1.4 Check the following parameters of door machine installation and fix all fixing bolts
of door machine.
Height of door machine: the distance between the surface of lead rail and the sill
of car door = PH+160mm;
The difference between the center of door machine and the center of gateway:
1mm;
The distance between the door machine and the sill of hall door: center opening
door machine: 691mm, other door machine shall be 711mm.

2.1 As shown in the upper figure, the distance between the bottom of door panel and
sill is 51mm. When the door is closed, the upper gap and lower gap shall be

identical; the center of door gap shall be aligned with the center of sill; the planar
dislocation of car door panel shall not be larger than 1mm; hanger bolt can be
adjusted to make it meet the requirements when installing.
2.2 After the car door has been installed and adjusted, close the car door and the
hanging plate of door machine shall just contact with central rubber ring; if there is
an obvious gap, loosen the fixing bolts of hanger bolt and hanging plate of door
machine and move the car door left or right for adjustment.

3 Adjustment of limit wheel of door hanging plate


Use a slot type screwdriver to turn the eccentric pin roll of limit wheel to make the gap
between limit wheel and lead rail be about 0.3mm and tighten the nut of pin roll (which
has been adjusted when the machine is released from the factory).

4.1 Fix the door vane on the hanging plate of door machine with screws.
4.2 Turn the adjusting bolt of door vane and adjust the location of door vane to ensure
that the distance between the side of door vane and the sill of hall door is 81mm
and the verticality of two directions of door vane is not larger than 1mm.
4.3 Tighten the fixing bolts of door vane and check whether the door vane will rub or
collide with the bolts when the door vane is being closed or opened.
II Installation of hall door system
1. Installation of door frame
1.1 Assemble the hanging fastener of top transom, door frame, sill carrier and sill of hall
door.
1.2 Determine the location of sill of hall door (measure the distances between the side
line of sill and the center of lead rail at the two ends of sill to ensure the location).
1.3 Adjust the levelness of sill (0.5mm/1000mm).
1.4 The center of door frame shall match the center of gateway.
1.5 Ensure the verticality of door frame (0.5mm/1000mm).
1.6 Fix the vertical frame to the wall with plug bolts.
1.7 Fix the foot plate of hall door on the support plate of sill.

2.1 Align the opening of hanging components with the hanging fastener of top transom
and screw two M8X16 bolts.
2.2 Fix the fixing plate of hanging components of hall door on the wall with two plug bolts
of 16, and fix the hanging components on the fixing plate of hanging components
of hall door with four M8X29 bolts.
2.3 Adjust the center of door hanging components in accordance with the center of sill
and fixed the hanging components.

2.4 Check the installation sizes of the following components:


2.4.1 The distance between the lower end surface of lead rail of hanging
components and the upper surface of hall door sill shall be PH+801 (PH is
the height of gateway);
2.4.2 The difference of the center of hanging components and the center of gateway
shall be less than 1mm;

Note: The center of hall door shall be identical with the center of gateway.

2.4.3 The horizontal distances between the end surface of lead rail of hanging
components and the top side of hanging components and the sill of hall door
are 43.5mm and 7mm respectively (measure the distance between the end
surface of lead rail, the top side of hanging components and the distance
between the sill side and the center of lead rail of elevator car to check the
sizes).
3. Assembly of hall door
3.1 Install four retaining nuts on the specified locations of the hanging component plate
of hall door, install the lower part of the door panel with door sliding blocks into the
runner of hall door sill and connect the door panel with the hanging plate of hall

door with M8X25 bolts (M10X25 for side opening and center opening
double-panel doors)
3.2 Use adjusting pads with different thicknesses to adjust the gap between the hall
door panel and the hanging plate. Correct the distortion of door panel manually to
ensure the distance between the bottom of door panel and the sill is 51mm, the
heights of two door panels are identical, the surface of door panel is even, the gap
of middle slot of door and the aligning slot of gateway is not larger than 3mm and
upper and lower ends are even. Adjust the sliding block of door and make it at the
center of runner of sill naturally. See the following figure.

3.3 Adjustment of door interlock. When the hall door is closed, poke the door interlock
of hall door and ensure that when the electric contacts are connected, the
engaging depth of latch hook shall be larger than 7mm. Adjust the distance
between the end surface of rolling wheel of door interlock and the sill of car,
ensure that it is 7-9mm.

3.4 Put the weight hammer which has been riveted with a wire rope into the weight duct,
thread the other end of wire rope from door panel and panel hanging hole, circle the
rope wheel, insert it into wire rope fixing plate and use a nut to tighten it.
4. Timing adjustment of hall door and car door
4.1The requirement for gap of door vane and roller of door lock. The gap to the
moveable roller shall be 9mm and the gap to the fixed roller shall be 16mm. See the
following figure.

4.2 Pull the timing belt to make the door vane clamp the interlock roller of hall door and
open the door. Then the gaps of hall door and car door shall be identical. If the gap
of hall door is larger than the gap of car door, adjust the interlock of hall door right,
otherwise, adjust it left (the operator faces the hanging components of hall door). If
the center of hanging components of hall door is identical with the center of door
machine, the interlock of hall door usually does not need adjustment.
Note: the gap of hall door shall be a little larger than the gap of car door.

III The maintenance of door machine system


1. Check of timing belt
In the using process, if the timing belt extends and the tension is reduced and
slipping happens, the adjusting bolt of base of engaged wheel can be adjusted to
tighten the timing belt appropriately. If the side of timing belt is worn or the tooth
surface is damaged, it shall be replaced. If during running the engagement of
timing belt and timing wheel produces noise, vaseline can be added to the timing
belt for lubrication.
2. Check whether the safety contact of door lock can work reliably and replace the worn
contact in a timely manner.
3. In every maintenance operation, the lead rail of door machine shall be cleaned for the
flexible movement of door, and jump shall be avoided in running. Check and tighten the
connecting bolts frequently.
4. Interlock device of hall door: it shall be checked monthly whether there is any false
contact between the conducting strip and contact, whether the spring leaf of contact can
be restored automatically and whether there is any loosing at the riveted, welded and
glued junctions. The latch hook, locking arm and all rollers shall be flexible.
5. Check the hall door device monthly and displace the worn roller. Check whether the
connecting bolts are loose, clean the lead rail of hall door and ensure the movement of
hall door flexible without noise. The door machine system shall be maintained monthly,
and the maintenance frequency can be determined by the using frequency of users.

1.2 Power supply
Use single phase AC power: AC220V10 , 50Hz5 ; C45N of 5A is
recommended for the power supply of door machine. Power cords: BrownL,
blueN and yellow and greenE.

1.3 Wiring of encoder


Wires of encoder are provided with the device. Connect it with the controller tightly.
1.4 Wires for electric motor
Three-phase electric motor wires are provided with the motor. Connect it with the
controller tightly.
1.5 Parallel input /output signal wires
1.5.1 Input
There are four COM terminals for input, and every terminal can be defined
for any function of group H of parameter list independently. Normally
opening or normally closing can be defined, but the definition can not be
repeated, otherwise there will be a warning. Parameters H1-H4 correspond
to the input terminals H1-H4. The following are the default definitions.
1.5.1.1 Door closing inputcontinuous conducting signal will be added on
COM and H1;

on COM and H2;

Slow door closing inputcontinuous conducting signal will be


added on COM and H3, usually for forced door closing of time-out.

Electric eye signalWhen A1 03, the door machine runs

automatically, the electric eye protection signal can be connected.


It is used for demonstration usually. In normal operation, the door
machine shall be controlled by the signals of terminal, and the
setting does not work.
Note: The power of input signal shall be provided by the controller
of door machine, and external power shall not be used.
1.6.1 Output
There are four pairs independent relay contacts for output (with a capacity of 1A,
24VDC/120VAC), and every pair of output terminals can be defined to any
function of group P of parameter list, and normally open or normally close can be
defined. Parameters P1-P4 correspond to the output terminals C1-P1 to C4-P4.
The following are the default definitions.
1.6.1.1 In-place signal for door closingwhen the door is closed in place,
C1 and P1 are conducted;

In-place signal for door openingwhen the door is opened in


place, C2 and P2 are conducted;

1.1.6.3 Signal of door obstructionwhen an obstruction occurs in the


opening or closing process of door, C3 and P3 are conducted;

1.1.6.4 Signal of system faultwhen there is a internal fault in the system,


C4 and P4 are conducted;
1.1.6.5 Advance output signal for in-place of door closingthe signal shall
be output when there is a 20mm gap in the door closing process.
2 Instruction for panel
2.1 Double-bit seven-section code display
2.1.1 Pulse of door location is displayed in normal working status.
Location pulse is displayed by double-bit decimal system: when the door
is closed completely (the door vane is released completely), 00 is
displayed, and 99 is displayed when the door is opened completely, and a
proportion is displayed for other locations.
2.1.2 When modifying parameters, the classification number of parameters can
be displayed in double-bit hexadecimal system; and the parameter value
can be displayed in double-bit decimal system, and the present bit is
displayed in a twinkling manner.
2.1.3 Warning for parameter value setting is display in a double-bit twinkling
manner, and the twinkling tens place displays the fault parameter
classification (U, H and P), and the twinkling units place displays -.
2.1.4 Fault display, the twinkling tens place displays -, and the twinkling units
place displays fault code (1-3).
2.1.5 Priority of display of panel: parameter setting > fault of parameter value
setting > fault of door machine > normal display

3.1 Off-line operation
The independent operation without main controller of elevator is called as
off-line status (namely A100, non-terminal-control status)
In off-line status, the location pulse display is displayed by double-bit twinkling
method.

3.1.1 Panel jog for door opening or closing (A1=01)


When A1=01, continuous pressing of key or can keep door opening
or closing, and releasing of the key will stop the door opening or closing.
When self learning mode has not been performed, only the door opening
or closing can be conducted in the panel jog function. However, the
function can not be self-adjusted when the machine is powered on (it will
be described blow).
3.1.2 Manual door opening or closing from panel
When A1=02 and self-learning has been performed for the door machine,
press the key or once, the door will be opened or closed in place,
and the opening or closing process can be stopped by Key F.
3.1.3 Automatic timed door opening or closing (A1=03, demonstration function
of door machine)
When A1=03, the door of door machine can be opened or closed at setting
time automatically, and the time interval can be set by A6, and the
operation can be stopped by key F. At this time, the door protection device
can be connected directly, such as infrared light screen or safety touch
pad.
3.2 Online status
The status when the door opening or closing operation is controlled by the
control cabinet of elevator (namely, set A1=00, terminal control status).
In online status, the location pulse display is displayed in normal double-bit
form, non-twinkling.
3.3

Note: when user debugging or maintenance of door machines is finished


and the door machine is delivered for normal using, the display method
of panel shall be noted, it shall be changed to online status (without
twinkle), then the automatic door opening and closing of elevator can be
normal.

Electrical debugging
4.1 Preparatory work
Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring diagram, and plug all
plug-ins, and confirm that the grounding wire is connected. Lift the elevator
to the horizontal location with hall door (the same applies below), disconnected
the external power of controller of door machine, and pull and push the door
machine by hands, confirm that there is not any obstruction, then connect the
power of door machine, and debug the door machine.
4.2 The door system has been debugged before released from the factory and can
run normally after the external circuits has been connected. If re-debugging is
required, the following steps can be applied.
4.3 Initiate the controller
The method is as following: disconnect the external power of the controller of

door machine, and press key and at the same time, connect the plug of
power, and release key and , then the default values of parameters can be
recalled.
4.4 Confirm the directions of door opening and closing
Disconnect the power of door machine, and turn the door to semi-open and
semi-closing, turn on the power, and set A1=01, press key , the door shall run
to the direction of door opening, and press key , the door shall run to the
direction of door closing. If the running operation is contrary, modify the setting
value of A4.
4.5 Confirm the direction of pulse
Open or close the door, and observe the pulse display data on the display panel.
It shall be increased when opening the door and be reduced when closing the
door, otherwise, fault of -2 or -3 may be displayed, and the setting value of
A3 shall be modified.
4.6 Adjust V/F curve of Slowly open /close door (Electrical diagram 2)
Set A1=01, and press key and continuously to open and close the door
twice. If -2 appears in the door opening process, it is indicated that the low
speed moment is not enough, increase U1, U2, E2 and E4 appropriately, to
ensure normal full-process door opening. If -3 appears in the door closing
process, it is indicated that the low speed frequency of door closing is not
enough, increase E6 appropriately, to ensure normal full-process door closing.
4.7 Adjust door opening retaining force
Make the elevator to the horizontal location of floor, and equip the door vane
with the hall door, set A1=1, use or to make the door at any non-closed
position, if the door machine is motionless, go to the next step. Otherwise,
adjust E7 and U1, keep the door open and motionless after stopping the
adjustment. If it moves to the direction of door opening, it is indicated that the
door opening retaining force is too larger, reduce U1 or E7 appropriately, and
U1 is more usual; if it moves to the direction of door closing, it is indicated that
the door opening retaining force is too less, increase U1 or E7 appropriately,
and U1 is more usual. Note: U1 shall less than U2, U3 and U4, otherwise, error
will be reported.
4.8 Self-learning
4.8.1 Open the door to half-open status, and set L2=01, and exit from parameter
setting, the self-learning of door machine will be started.
4.8.2 At first, the system will close the door with a frequency of E2, and display
pulse will be reduced, and when door is in place, the initial value will be set

to 0.
Note:
1. If the direction of door movement is contrary, adjust the phase order of
electric motor, namely, modify parameter A4.
2. If the door does not move, check whether the plug of electric motor is
connected tightly.
3. If the door stops when it is not closed in place, check whether the
connection of encoder is correct.
4. If the display pulse is increased in the door closing process, adjust the
phase order of encoder, namely, adjust parameter A3.
5. If the door vane location is incorrect when the door is closed, check
whether the installation of door vane and adjustment of rubber bolt are
correct, check whether the door hanging plate contacts to the middle
buffering rubber when the door is closed completely.
6. If the door can not be closed completely, check whether there is a
mechanical fault.
Then the system will open the door according to the frequency of E2, and display
pulse will be increased. When the door is opened in place, the pulse will be
stored into memory chip forever as the width of door, and various types of
running curves of door opening and closing can be calculated automatically, and
then the self-learning is finished. After the self-learning is finished, L2 will be set
to 00 automatically, and manual modification is not required.
Note: if the door can not be opened completely,
1. Check mechanic installation, and ensure that the door will not be
blocked, and the output moment is larger than the resistance of door, refer
to 4.6.
2. Check the wiring and installation of encoder. If the display pulse is
reduced in the door opening process, modify A3.
4.8.3 If any abnormal cases occur in the self-learning process, press key F to
stop it, remove the abnormal conditions and perform self-learning again.
4.9 Testing run and observe the operating situation which shall be normal
Set A1=02 manual door opening or closing on panel, press key or , the
door will be opened or closed in place, unless the operation is stopped by key F.
According to the operation of door machine, adjust every speed-reducing point
(parameters of Group F), frequency parameters (parameters of Group E) and
time parameters (parameters of Group C) to meet your requirements.

If there is an obvious collision when the door is closed in place;

If the speed is too slow obviously when the door is closed in place:

Increase the speed-reducing pulse of door closing F1 appropriately;

Decrease the speed-reducing pulse of door closing F1 appropriately;

Decrease the speed-reducing time of door closing C6 appropriately;

Increase the speed-reducing time of door closing C6 appropriately;

Decrease the frequency of door closing E5 appropriately;

Increase the frequency of door closing E5 appropriately;

If there is an obvious collision when the door is opened in place;

if the speed is too slow obviously when the door is opened in place:

Increase the speed-reducing pulse of door opening F2 appropriately;

Decrease the speed-reducing pulse of door opening F2 appropriately;

Decrease the speed-reducing time of door opening C4 appropriately;

Increase the speed-reducing time of door opening C4 appropriately;

Decrease the frequency of door opening E3 appropriately;

Increase the frequency of door opening E3 appropriately;

Usually, the adjustment of F1/F2 can meet the requirements.


If the door opening width is larger, the door opening and closing speed of system can
increased appropriately, and increase F2 and F1, correspondingly.
4.10 Self-setting of power-on
The controller of door will display 49 when it is powered on, and wait the order
of door opening or closing. When A101, the first order of door opening or
closing received by the controller of door is self-setting of power-on (namely,
find the benchmark location of door location). It will operate at E2 frequency
(medium speed), and an initial value will be set when it is in place (the order of
door opening sets 99, and the order of door closing sets 00).
If self-learning has been performed after the power is turned on, it is regarded
that the self-setting is finished.
In debugging, set A1=02, press key or , open or close the door completely,
the self-setting of power-on is completed.
4.11 Adjustment of emergency stop time (usually it is not necessary)
Adjust C7 to change the impact of inverted running in the door opening or
closing process. In inverted running, the current speed will be reduced to zero
with a slope of C7, and run at the target speed and time.
4.12 Adjustment of retraction/releasing speed of door vane (usually it is not
necessary)
Adjust E2 to change the retraction/releasing speed of door vane, and it
shall be set in the range of 9-12.
4.13 Adjustment of in-place of door closing (usually it is not necessary)
Adjusting of F4 and C7 can make the door vane in place without any
impact for door closing.
4.14 Adjustment of in-place of door opening (usually it is not necessary)
Adjusting of F5 can make the door vane in place without any impact for
door opening.

4.15 Adjustment of restraining force of door closing and over-moment (electrical


diagram 2)
Adjusting of U4 can control restraining force of door closing in the range of
national standard (150N). Do not adjust it to too less, which will reduce the
normal moment of door closing.
Adjusting of U3 can control the moment of door opening in your target scope. It
is usually set to a value 5-10 larger than U4.

Complete operation
Remove the external input signal wires (ensuring that there is no door opening signal,
and the door opening prevails when there are signals of door opening and closing)
Set A1=00; short COM and the terminals of door closing input signal (such as H1)
with a conducting wire, the door shall be closed normally; short COM and the
terminals of door opening input signal (such as H2) with a conducting wire, the door
shall be opened normally; short COM and the terminals of slow door closing input
signal (such as H3) with a conducting wire, the door shall be closed slowly normally;
then, the debugging of independent operation of door machine is completed.
Connect the external input signal wires, the door shall be closed and opened
normally. Otherwise, check whether the normally open and normally close setting of
in-place door opening and closing is correct (the default is in-place closing), check
whether the wiring of the elevator controller and the door machine is normal.

Warning for parameter setting


When the system parameter modifying is ended and the user will exit from the setting,
the system will check the input parameters automatically. If there is an error, it will
move to the error classification number, and display the classification of error
parameter in a twinkling method, press key F to reset the value.
Twinkling display of H-: represents that the input signal is defined repeatedly, or the
input signal of door opening/closing has not been defined;
Twinkling display of P-: represents that the output signal is defined repeatedly, or the
output signal of in-place door opening has not been defined;
Twinkling display of U-: represents the voltage-frequency curve setting is incorrect,
which shall meet the requirement of U1<U2<U4 and U3.

Faults of door machine


7.1 Fault codes
-1 MCU and DSP communication errors
-2 Obstruction of door opening
-3 Obstruction of door closing
-- No initialization parameters
7.2 Error 1, turn off the power and reset it. If it can not be reset, contact with
professional repairing personnel of our company.

7.3 If error 2 or 3 appears, the error signal of door obstruction will be output. Check
sill and running obstruction of door, remove the obstruction, and operate it; If
there is no obvious obstruction for door running, check whether the encoder and
its wiring are reliable; check whether the electric motor and its wiring are reliable;
check whether the timing belt is too loose or there is skidding; check the V/F
ratio of group U: whether U1, U2, U3 and U4 are set to too less (namely, the
moments of door opening and closing are set to too less), reset them according
to 4.5 and 4.14.
7.4 If error -- appear, reset them according to 4.3
Note: When the door machine has been installed in field, DO not drop iron
filings and other conducting materials onto the encoder, to avoid
short-circuit and unnecessary damage of components!
8

Common errors of door machine and troubleshooting


8.1 The door machine does not perform self-learning after it is powered on
8.1.1 Caused by mechanical error
Before power-on self-learning, the door machine shall be opened and
closed by hand to confirm that there is no mechanical obstruction,
otherwise, adjust the mechanicals and perform self-learning repeatedly.
8.1.2 Output moment is too less
Refer to 4.5 for adjustment
8.1.3 Error of electric motor rotation direction
Appearance: in self-learning, the door is opened firstly and then closed. In
normal status, whatever the door is at any position when the self-learning is
started, the door shall be closed firstly, and after the door is closed in place
for 2 seconds, the door will be opened. Solution: modify A4, if it is 0, modify
it to 1, otherwise, modify it to 0.
8.1.4 Error of pulse feedback
The rotation direction of electrical motor is correct, and the door is closed
firstly when the self-learning is started, but it stops after it has been closed
for 2-5cm, and the display pulse is increased or does not change, and
changes to 00 after the door stops, and the door is opened reversely, and
stops after it is opened for 2-5cm, and display pulse is 48 or 49, which
means that the self-learning is not successful. Normally, the pulse shall be
increased when the door is opened, and be reduced when the door is
closed. Solution: modify A3, if it is 0, modify it to 1, otherwise, modify it to 0.
8.1.4.1 Check whether the connection of encoder wire is good, otherwise,
tighten the wiring terminals, and plug the plugs tightly.
8.1.4.2 Check whether there are iron filings on the timing belt pulley of
electric motor and magnetic ring, or whether the magnetic ring is
broken, if there are iron filings, remove them, and use it continuously, if
the magnetic ring is not complete, replace the timing belt pulley.
8.1.4.3 Check whether the timing belt pulley rubs on the plate of encoder,
check the gap between Hall device of encoder plate and timing belt

pulley, and the normal value is 2~3cm.


8.2 When the door opening is in place, the pulse display is 97 or 98.
8.2.1 When the door is closed completely, the door vane is not opened
completely, set F4=01 and F5=01.
8.2.2 The retaining force of door opening is not enough, increase U1, U2 and E7
appropriately.
8.3 The elevator does not run after the door closing is in place
8.3.1 The error of door interlock between car door and hall door. Check whether
the door interlock contact is good;
8.3.2 The door vane is not opened completely, and there is no door closing
in-place output, (check the position of rubber bolt of top door vane), check
whether the door vane arm meets the installation screw;
8.3.1 The setting of P1 is incorrect. According to the requirements of main control
program of elevator, check whether the setting of P1 meets the
requirements, the default setting of door machine controller P1=06, namely,
when the door closing is in place, C1 and P1 are connected. If the C1 and
P1 are required for breaking when the door closing is in place, set P1=01.
8.4 The door is not closed after the door has been opened.
8.4.1 The host computer always has the signal of door opening. Measure H2 and
COM with the DC voltage of a multimeter, and the voltage shall be 12V
normally when there is no signal.
8.4.1.1 If the voltage is 0V, it represents that there is a door opening signal
from the host computer always.
8.4.1.1.1 Check trailing cable and control cabinet.
8.4.1.1.2 Check whether the in-place signal of door opening has been
output from beginning to end.
8.4.1.1.2.1 The display is 99, and there is no output, it is indicated
that the relay may be damaged, or P2 setting is incorrect.
8.4.1.1.2.2 The display is a pulse number less than 99, check
whether the door is open in place, refer to 8.2.
8.4.1.1.3 If the display is -2, check whether there is a mechanical
obstruction in the door opening process.
8.4.1.2 If the voltage is much larger than 12V, it is indicated that there is an
interfering signal or other voltages are connected by mistake, check
the trailing cable and separate the signal cable and power cable, or a
parallel connection of capacitance-resistance filter shall be used to
ensure the voltage is not larger than 20V.
8.4.2 If the host computer has no signal for door closing, connect H1 and COM
with a conducting wire directly at the car top (ensuring that there is no signal
for door opening, remove the door opening signal wire H2 best, because if
there are signals of door opening and closing at the same time, the door
opening prevails). If the door can be closed, it is indicated that there is no
signal of door closing from the host computer, check the trailing cable or the
control cabinet.

8.5 The debugging is normal, and the door can not be opened or closed on line
The setting of P1 and P2 is incorrect. According to the requirements of main
control program of elevator, check whether the setting of P1 and P2 meets the
requirements, the default setting of door machine controller: P1=06, namely,
when the door closing is in place, C1 and P1 are connected, P2=07, namely
when the door closing is in place, C2 and P2 are connected. If the C1 and P1
are required for breaking when the door closing is in place, set P1=01; If the C2
and P2 are required for breaking when the door opening is in place, set P2=02;
8.6 Abnormal display
If the display flashes disorderly, the grounding may be bad. Connect the
controller and electric motor tightly and ground them with a grounding wire.
If there is a fixed display after the machine is powered on, the element may be
damaged, please contact the service personnel of our company.
8.7 The speed of last part door closing can not be adjusted to the optimal status.
8.7.1 The adjustment of rubber bolt is not in place, confirm that it will hit the top
latch hook when the door will be closed completely after 15-16mm.
8.7.2 The installation of door hanging plate is incorrect. Confirm that when the
door closing is completed, the gap of door hanging plate will contact the
middle rubber buffering block.
8.8 The electric motor has abnormal noise when the door is being opened or closed,
and the electric motor does not rotate.
8.8.1 Check whether the plugs of electric motor are plugged tightly.
8.8.2 Check whether the setting of Group E parameters is normal, press and
keys continuously before power-on, and turn on the power, default
values can be reset.
8.8.3 Measure the DC resistance of three phases of electric motor, and the
normal value shall be 41.75~46.15. If there is an open-phase, the electric
motor is damaged.
8.9 The door opening is normal, and the car door and hall door are not
synchronized when the door is closed.
8.9.1 Check whether the latch hook spring of door vane is invalid. If it is normal,
when the door is being opened, the door vane will run with the roller, and
the car door and hall door are synchronized.
8.9.2 Check the latch hook of the door vane is worn, and the appearance is as
9.9.1
8.10 The door opening of some floor is incorrect.
The installation of hanging components of hall door is incorrect, adjust the
hanging components of hall door, and ensure:
8.10.1 The center of hanging components of hall door is identical with the center

of door machine.
8.10.2 The engagement of door vane and door roller meets the requirements,
and the hall door and car door are synchronized in the door opening and
closing process.
8.10.3 Check the door lock of hall door, and the gaps of upper and lower latch
hooks shall meet the requirements of the graduations marked on the upper
latch hook when the hall door is closed completely.
8.10.4 Check whether there is some rubbish on the sill or lead rail.
8.10.5 Check mechanical installation and whether the resistance is too large.
Increase the values of parameters of Group U and output moment.
9

Services
The door machine comes with three years guarantee. In period of warranty, if it is
damaged without users cause, the damaged parts will be replaced without charge;
out of warranty or it is damaged by the user, (for example, the control box of door
machine is disassembled by the user itselfthe fixed sealing is damaged, the input
voltage is higher, it is sprayed by water), the repair is free, but the displacement of
damaged part will be charged with the cost.
The instruction or its part is subject to change without notice, and the new
installation instruction shall prevail.
