• This is the “Home” page for both the RRNCO and NCOIC Portals The user’s login will direct them to the correct portal (RRNCO or NCOIC) Unless otherwise noted, instructions are for both RRNCOs and NCOICs

Reminder – in all combined RRNCO and NCOIC pages from here forward, the “Add Prospect” function does not appear in the NCOIC Portal

• This is the “Add Contact” pop-up window RRNCOs and NCOICs use this to record any contacts they have with the lead. This function appears in numerous locations

• This is the Confirmed page. This will list leads who requested to be contacted by a recruiter and in fact have been contacted by the RRNCO. These leads will not have begun entering their data in the PTH application. The “expand” button let’s you view information on the lead
Note – the NCOIC page will have this information displayed by RRNCO

The “+” button opens a pop-up window that allows you to record a contact with the lead

The “history” button opens a pop-up window that allows you to view the contact history with the lead

• This is the “In Progress” page, which lists leads that are actively entering data in their PTH application. Note – the NCOIC page will have this information displayed by RRNCO

• This is the “history” (Contact History) pop-up page It shows the RRNCO’s (or NCOIC’s) contacts with the lead, with the most recent listed first This function appears in numerous locations

• This is the “View Details” page (full page not shown) Note the tabs at the top – which are the 8 sections of the lead’s PTH application Colored lines above the tabs indicate the lead’s level of completion of data entry
Note – the NCOIC page will have a “reassign” button which will allow them to reassign leads to other RRNCOs

• This is the “Finalized” page. Leads listed here have clicked the "Submit my information to the National Guard" button, indicating they have entered all the data they are going to. The
– “+” (add contact), – “history,” and – “view details” functions are also available

RRNCO (Only) Portal
• This is the “Add Prospect” pop-up window (full window omitted) This is where RRNCOs get a lead started. It is similar to the CAR Form. It sends an email to the lead with an embedded link to PTH. The lead must open the email and click on the embedded link before they can proceed.

Note – this function not available in the NCOIC Portal
