Kissinger Associates, Inc.

, founded in 1982, is a New York City-based international

consulting firm, founded and run by Henry Kissinger and Brent Scowcroft. The firm
assists its clients in identifying strategic partners and investment opportunities, advising
clients on government relations throughout the world. Known for its secrecy, its specific
activities are not public knowledge.
Henry "The Wanderer"[1] Kissinger (born 1923), who is not a friend of Bernie Sanders, was
the National Security Advisor and later Secretary of State under US presidents Richard Nixon
and Gerald Ford. He is most famous for orchestrating the establishment of relations with China
and for engineering campaigns that massively screwed over numerous Third World countries.
(We're talking about millions of deaths here.) Hitch called him a war criminal.[2]
Very Serious People, who tend to consider his shenanigans in Southeast Asia features rather than
bugs, remember his tenure most fondly

Foreign policy screw-jobs

The illegal we do immediately; the unconstitutional takes a little longer.

[4]

[edit] The good

Helped Tricky Dick open relations with China and begin detente policies such as SALT.

Took part in the negotiations to end the 1973 Yom Kippur War.

Criticized wingnuts who still want to blow the hell out of Russia.[5]

Had military experience, so avoids the chickenhawk label.[6]

Found Tricky Dick's idea of hitting North Vietnam with nukes to be "too much."

[edit] The ugly

One of the architects of the secret bombing campaign in Cambodia, which played an
important role in bringing the Khmer Rouge to power as an unintended side-effect. After
the US racked up an additional 40,000+ casualties in Cambodia, Kissinger entered into
ceasefire negotiations with Le Duc Tho of North Vietnam. He was awarded the Nobel
Irony Peace Prize for this. It has since been widely considered a joke.

Maintained economic and military aid to Pakistan as it indiscriminately massacred over a

million civilians during the Bangladesh Liberation War. Called Indira Gandhi a "bitch"
while he did so (though her conduct during The Emergency[wp] a few years later
vindicated him on that one).[7]

Dramatically increased aid and military funds into Indonesia in support of Suharto's
brutal dictatorship, which killed up between 90,000 and 200,000 unarmed civilians in
East Timor.

In accordance with his policy of "Madman Theory," on October 27th, 1969, as part of
Operation "Giant Lance," had Nixon send 18 B-52 bomber planes armed with nuclear
warheads to the eastern Soviet border, in the hopes that the Soviets would panic and
pressure North Vietnam to accept US peace demands at the treaty of Paris.[8] Whether this
is truly "ugly" or not depends on one's faith in game theory, but it at least deserves a spot
on this list.

Supported Operation Condor, a campaign designed to synchronize the secret police of the
fascist dictators in South America and support coups and drug dealing in the region.
Kissinger was particularly fond of Chile's glorious dictator Augusto Pinochet and Jorge
Rafael Videla's junta in Argentina.

Wanted to "smash Cuba" in 1976, because that worked well before.[9]

Was involved in Watergate.[10][11] Couldn't even escape that.

Buddied up with Dubya to dispense advice on Iraq.

Helped Tricky Dick to lead the way to the international de-recognition of Taiwan.

[edit] Madman Theory

As mentioned above, Kissinger was the architect of "Madman Theory," the doctrine that sought
to discard traditional game theory based assumptions about the actions and possible retaliation of
the USSR during the cold war by casting US president Richard Nixon as a short-tempered,
irrational man with such an obsession with communism that he would threaten his own nation's
existence simply to get rid of it.[12] This was based off of Eisenhower's previous doctrine of
"massive retaliation," in which he hoped to deter aggression by showing the Soviet Union that
America was capable of responding with force overwhelming enough to protect it and its allies.
Nixon liked the idea, and even encouraged Kissinger to present him as a "madman" whenever
Vietnam came up in diplomatic talks, and that he should "shake his head and say, 'I am sorry, Mr.
Ambassador, but [the president] is out of control." He also told Haldmen that "I want the North
Vietnamese to believe that I've reached the point that I might do anything to stop the war. We'll
just slip the word to them that for God's sake, you know Nixon is obsessed about Communism.

We can't restrain him when he is angry and he has his hand on the nuclear button' and Ho
Chi Minh himself will be in Paris in two days begging for peace."[13]

[edit] Conspiracy theories

Kissinger is a conspiracy theorist's wet dream for the fact that he is:

Jewish

A member of Bohemian Grove

A member of the Council on Foreign Relations

A member of the Bilderberg Group

A member of the Aspen Institute

Participated in the Trilateral Commission

Thus, he often has a supporting, if not starring, role in all sorts of international Jewish
conspiracy, New World Order, and Illuminati theories. Among the more anti-Semitic Truthers, he
is claimed to have played a major role in a Shrub whitewash as he briefly[14] held a seat on an
investigation panel for 9/11. There was long a notion that the Kisser might be the Antichrist
himself, but he's a bit old for that position now.
Oh, and he's appeared in TV commercials. Sinister. Though lately he's having trouble preventing
Stephen Colbert from breaking into his office.[15]

[edit] Tell me who your friends are or the other way

around?
Kissinger stated that he wished to die before Helmut Schmidt[wp] because Kissinger wouldn't
want to live in a world without him. This really makes one wonder about the adage: Tell me
who your friends are, and I'll tell you who you are. To most this constitutes a very backhanded
compliment to Schmidt. The wish was not granted. Schmidt died 10. November 2015 at the
relatively young age of 96 after a lifetime of heavy smoking.
Kissinger and Danial Ellsberg knew each other from Harvard in the 1950s, and Ellsberg, a
holdover from the Johnson administrstion, briefed Kissinger on Vietnam after Nixon was elected.
It was Kissinger who fingered Ellsberg to Nixon as the probable leaker of the Pentagon Papers.
[16]

Bernie Sanders is proud to not consider Henry Kissinger his friend.[17] Hillary Clinton, by
contrast, adores Henry; their families spend Christmas week together most years, roughing it at

Oscar de la Renta's villa. She fawns over his books and is quite content to overlook that little
matter of his multiple war crimes.[18]

[edit] Callous Quotes

Fred Branfman at Alternet wrote about Kissinger that he has a history of saying outrageous
things that reveal a dark and unusual callousness and hostility to the lives of innocent civilians
across the planet and provides a sampling of ten quotations.[19] Here are the top three.
1. The emigration of Jews from the Soviet Union is not an objective of American foreign
policy. And if they put Jews into gas chambers in the Soviet Union, it is not an American
concern. Maybe a humanitarian concern. Henry Kissinger[20]
2. [Nixon] wants a massive bombing campaign in Cambodia. He doesn't want to hear
anything about it. It's an order, to be done. Anything that flies on anything that moves.
Henry Kissinger[21]
3. It's wave after wave of planes. You see, they can't see the B-52 and they dropped a
million pounds of bombs ... I bet you we will have had more planes over there in one day
than Johnson had in a month ... each plane can carry about 10 times the load of World
War II plane could carry. Henry Kissinger

History
The firm was founded in 1982 by Henry Kissinger. In 1999 Mack McLarty joined Kissinger to
open Kissinger McLarty Associates, the firm's office on Eighteenth and Pennsylvania streets in
Washington, D.C.[1] McLarty was White House Chief of Staff under Bill Clinton. Kissinger
McLarty is a corporate member of the Council of the Americas, the New York-based business
organization established by David Rockefeller in 1965.[1] As of January 2008, the two firms have
separated and McLarty Associates, headed by Mack McLarty, is an independent firm based in
Washington.[2]
Kissinger Associates is located in River House on Park Avenue at Fifty-first Street, in a building
also occupied by Peter Peterson's Blackstone Group.[3] It was established in July, 1982 after loans

had been secured from Goldman Sachs and a consortium of three other banks. These loans were
repaid in two years; by 1987 annual revenues had reached $5 million.[3]

Client base
Kissinger Associates does not disclose its list of corporate clients, and reportedly bars clients
from acknowledging the relationship.[12] However, over time details from proxy statements and
the tendency of senior businessmen to talk about their relationship with Kissinger have leaked
out and a number of major corporate clients have been identified.[14]
The secrecy of their corporate client list has caused problems where Kissinger or a member of
his staff were called to public service. In 1989, George H.W. Bush nominated Lawrence
Eagleburger as his Deputy Secretary of State. Congress required that Eagleburger disclose the
names of 16 clients, some of which were his through his Kissinger Associates affiliation.[15]
Later, Kissinger himself was appointed chairman of the National Commission on Terrorist
Attacks Upon the United States by George W. Bush. Congressional Democrats insisted that
Kissinger disclose the names of clients. Kissinger and President Bush claimed that such
disclosures were not necessary, but Kissinger ultimately stepped down, citing conflicts of
interest.

Kissinger McLarty Associates

Kissinger McLarty Associates is a member of the Council on the Americas. The membership
directory provides the following on the company:
"Kissinger Associates and its affiliate, Kissinger McLarty Associates, provide strategic
advisory and advocacy services to a select group of U.S. and multinational companies.
The firms provide high-level intervention regarding special projects, assist their clients to
identify strategic partners and investment opportunities, and advise clients on government
relations throughout the world. KAI was founded in 1982 by former Secretary of State
Henry Kissinger. In 1999, former Clinton Chief of Staff and Special Envoy for the
Americas Thomas F. McLarty joined KAI as Vice-Chairman, and established a
Washington office of KAI known as Kissinger McLarty Associates (KMA). The firm
does not, however, lobby the United States government or engage in conduct that would
require us to register as foreign agents under US law, nor do we accept fees from foreign
governments."[2]

Kissinger Associates teams up with APCO Worldwide

In October 2004, Kissinger Associates and APCO Worldwide announced that they had formed "a
strategic alliance". "Our grasp of core policy and regulatory issues in numerous countries
combined with APCO's extensive public affairs experience will result in well-rounded thinking
about our clients' challenges. I am confident that this kind of thinking will produce very exciting
and productive results for the corporations we both serve," the media statement annoucning the
alliance cited Kissinger stating.[3]

"In today's global marketplace, the needs of multinational organizations are more complicated
than ever. These needs are inevitably shaped by the diverse regulatory, political and public
opinion landscapes in these countries. This alliance will create a team whose ability to
understand and affect these environments will be second to none," Kissinger stated in the media
release.
The announcement stated that Alan R. Batkin and J. Stapleton Roy, "will be especially active in
the alliance".
"Batkin, a former investment banker, is a leader in international business who serves on the
boards and executive committees of a number of think tanks and publicly traded companies. Roy
is a former ambassador to Singapore, Indonesia and the People's Republic of China who also
served as assistant secretary of state for intelligence and research," it stated.

_____________
"The Kissinger Report" - YOU MUST KNOW THIS
17 May 2015 at 12:04

If You Have Never Heard of the Document Entitled "US National Security Memorandum 200"
Otherwise Known as "the Kissinger Report" - YOU SIMPLY MUST.

Henry Kissinger Has Been the US National Security Advisor to Every US President Since
Eisenhower EXCEPT for JFK. JFK Didn't Want Kissinger "Anywhere NEAR the White House"
Because "His Policies Are INSANE". We All Know What Happened to JFK - But Henry
Kissinger Today Remains Viewed as a Powerful Advisor, Now to MULTIPLE
GOVERNMENTS as He Sits on the UN Council on Foreign Relations.

When the Government Produces Documents in Secrecy, They Are Held Under "Classified"
Status for 30 Years Before They Are "Declassified" and Able to Be Requested Via the Freedom
of Information Act (FOIA). In 2004, One of the Most SINISTER, BARBARIC DOCUMENTS
Anyone Could Ever Imagine - Was Declassified. The 1974 US National Security Memorandum,
Otherwise Known as "the Kissinger Report", Described the Actions That Must Be Taken Over
the Next 30 Years In Order to "Prevent Any Interruption in U.S. Mineral Interests in the
Developing World". From the Report:

Depopulation should be the highest priority of foreign policy towards the third world. Whatever
may be done to guard against interruptions of supply and to develop domestic alternatives, the
U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially
from less developed countries. That fact gives the U.S. enhanced interest in the political,
economic, and social stability of the supplying countries. Wherever a lessening of population
pressures through reduced birth rates can increase the prospects for such stability, population
policy becomes relevant to resource supplies and to the economic interests of the United States
Henry Kissinger

He Goes on to Describe in 138 Pages of Detail HOW - In African Countries For Instance - To
Kill Off Large Numbers of the Population to Make Access to Necessary Resources Easier for the
US, and to Prevent Any Retaliatory Action By Disguising All US Policies As Though They Are
the Actions of the Individual African Governments.

"We must take care that our activities should not give the appearance to the Least Developed
Countries (LDCs) of an industrialized country policy directed against the LDCs. Caution must be
taken that in any approaches in this field we support in the LDCs are ones we can support within
this country. "Third World" leaders should be in the forefront and obtain the credit for successful
programs. In this context it is important to demonstrate to LDC leaders that such family planning
programs have worked and can work within a reasonable period of time." [Chapter I, World
Demographic Trends]."

" Our objective should be to assure that developing countries make family planning information,
education and means available to all their peoples by 1980 [Page 130]....intense efforts are
required to assure full availability by 1980 of birth control information and means to all fertile
individuals, especially in rural areas [Executive Summary, page 9].

While specific goals in this area are difficult to state, our aim should be for the world to achieve
a replacement level of fertility, (a two-child family on the average), by about the year 2000.
Attainment of this goal will require greatly intensified population programs ... U.S. leadership is
essential [Executive Summary, page 14]."

While the agencies participating in this study have no specific recommendations to propose on
abortion, the following issues are believed important and should be considered in the context of a
global population strategy. Certain facts about abortion need to be appreciated:

-- No country has reduced its population growth without resorting to abortion [Page 182]."

By the Time He Was All Done Talking, This Man Had Convinced the UN That the Only Way to
Continue "Business As Usual" Would Be By the Death of the Majority of the "Third World" and
Unopposed Access to ALL RESOURCE By the Remaining Populations Who Would Simply
Succumb to Living in Utter Poverty.

The UN Approved Kissinger's Plan and Acted QUICKLY to Prevent Kissinger's Grim Warning
of What Would Happen If They Did Not Act:

" Population growth in the least developed countries (LDCs) is a concern to U.S. national
security", The Report Proclaims, "since the U.S. economy will require large and increasing
amounts of minerals from abroad", and these countries CAN PRODUCE DESTABILIZING
OPPOSITION FORCES against the United States."

It recommends the US leadership to "influence national leaders" and that "improved world-wide
support for population-related efforts should be sought through increased emphasis on mass
media and other population education and motivation programs by the U.N., USIA, and
USAID." It also raises the question of whether the U.S. should "consider preferential allocation
of surplus food supplies to states that are deemed constructive in use of population control
measures."

In Response to This Report, the UN Implemented Global Policies That in Essence Are Meant to
Lead to the Intentional Deaths of Over 3 BILLION PEOPLE By Way of Food Malnutrition and
Population Reduction. Only A Few Years After This Report We Saw the Emergence of
Genetically Modified Foods Completely Devoid of Nutritional Value.

"Classified UN documents reveal that 1 billion people will be killed by starvation as UN trade
agreements and WHO health moratoriums will forbid any country from selling and exporting any
food to targeted regions for depopulation. Starvation of 3 billion people has already begun as the
United States has been using its weapon of mass destruction called HAARP to control, alter and
intensify the weather of the targeted nations. This past summer HAARP was used to create a heat
wave in Russia, resulting in the near complete destruction of its crops. Also this past summer the
US used HAARP to cause the massive flooding in China and Pakistan an attempt to wipe out
the crops of China and Pakistan resulting in the mass starvation of their populations. 2 billion
more will be murdered by diseases and illnesses associated with malnutrition from crop
destruction, pasteurization and irradiation. The Codex Alimentarius Commission will be
responsible for causing disease and illness from malnutrition by implementing the 2 latter killing
instruments. The Codex Alimentarius Commission has begun this process by labeling the life
sustaining nutrients (vitamins, minerals and enzymes) in our foods as poisons. Now that nutrients

are classified as poisons they have been given the authority by the United Nations to eradicate all
nutrients in our foods. They have already begun the eradication process by pasteurizing
(exposing to high heat) and irradiating (exposing to radiation) all of our food"
