Listen to me carefully and follow my advice exactly.

1) Do NOT file an RTI for this information. If you do the PIO will reply that information
does not exist and will cite certain terms and conditions of your prepaid application
agreement
2) Instead raise a customer complaint. Say that you are wrongly overcharged and take it
up with their commercial manager. Insist for a copy of all calls made for the RECENT
period, say past 60 days. If necessary allege that their billing software is incorrect and is
computing the time wrongly. The Commercial manager will then email you an Excel
workfile with all the call details.
3) To make a complaint, you must first phone the BSNL helpline and insist on docket
number. Then you must escalate it to Nodal Officer and then on to Appellate Officer for
our circle.
