The Shoreham-Wading River Central School Districts Board of Education is beginning its search for a Superintendent
of Schools. The Board feels it is important to obtain input from members of the Districts school community as to the
qualities which it should seek in a new Superintendent.
By submitting this brief survey, your suggestions and thoughts will be used as a tool by the Board of Education in the
development of a profile for the new Superintendent.
Please return this survey using one of the following options:

1. In the following list of important experiences and skills for a Superintendent, please place a mark in the box beside
FIVE of them which you feel are most critical (realizing ALL are important) for an individual to be successful as
our next Superintendent of Schools.
