Hi Aspirants,
As we are just 25 days away from GATE 2016 Exam I am sure all of you would be working really hard to for GATE
Exam. Looking at that today we are covering 25 days strategy to crack GATE Computer Science Engineering
Exam. We have taken feedback from leading tutors, GATE Expert to bring forward a right strategy to crack GATE
2016 Computer Science Exam in 25 days. We have also listed down some of the books which would be helpful for
GATE Computer Science Engineering Exam.
Along with the respective branch-wise syllabus, all the GATE 2016 Papers will have Mathematical Engineering and
General Aptitude with English as compulsory sections. Most of the aspirants tend to neglect these two section and
leave it for a later stage. However, our advice is to prepare for these too side by side along with the branch-wise
syllabus. The main reason is that, these sections also carry good weightage and are not that difficult to prepare for
GATE Exam
Aptitude and English are relatively easy to prepare in GATE exam and this section carries 15 marks. These 15
marks can give you better score and good rank.
Similarly with Maths the questions asked in Maths are not extremely tough. With small effort and preparation you
can score well in this section.

There are the list of Chapters and Topics you must cover for GATE Exam. Ideally you should dedicate last 10 days
before GATE Exam for revision and thus you must cover alteast the topics provided above. Here are some pointers
which you should follow while preparing for GATE Computer Science Engineering Exam.
1. Jot down important formulas and Shortcuts for each chapter in a Notebook for last minute revision.
2. Practice Online Test with virtual calculator just after finishing a particular chapter to check your preparation.
You must ensure that you are taking online test as GATE is an online exam and it is important to be exam
ready.
3. Take Mock Test Once you are covered all the Chapters In last 10 days take full length online Mock Test and
study through revision notes. Along with the full length test, you should also take topic wise test to check your
weakness.
4. Focus on Weak & Important Topics In the last 10 days focus on weak & important topics as these important
topics can get you better score in GATE Exam.
Just 25 days are left for the exam and these 25 days will decide what and how your life will be in future. 25 days
are too less time and hardworking students preparing for GATE must be really confused with so much to read.
