paper
optional decorative items (buttons,
feathers, beads, sequins, etc.)
scissors and glue
crayons or felt pens
stapler

Color and cut out the hat pattern.

Decorate the hat

Bind all student

cover. Punch
holes on the left
side and tie with
string or yarn.
