In August, Manhattan Beach real estate investment produced a 25.8% increase in closed escrows and a 41.1% spike in the saleslisting ratio. However, the median sales price fell 18.8% and net listings dropped 10.8% while medians days to sell increased
43.6%. Year-over-year the months of inventory stat held steady at 3.0.
