Uploading Project Synopsis and Guide documents

Step 1: Login in to EduNxt (Student Login) and click Learn.

Step 2: Click Project Synopsis Submission Classroom. For MCA it is in their Semester-V tab and for
M.Sc.(IT) is in III semester tab.

Step 3: To upload the Project Synopsis and Guide details click Submit Project Synopsis

Step 4: You will see a page as shown in Fig. 4. There are four stages which you need to complete to
upload the Project Synopsis and Guide details

Stage 1 Instructions
Read the Instructions and Click Confirm & continue to proceed further.

Stage 2: Project Details

Enter the project synopsis detail (Project Title, Objectives of the project, Problem statement, Hardware
& Software requirement and Methodology to be used) and click Next.

Stage 3: Guide Details

A guide already approved by the University will have a Guide Registration Number.
For an approved guide enter the required information by selecting Existing Guide option else select
New Guide to proceed. For an existing guide enter the correct Guide registration number and contact
details (given at the time of guide registration) for validation

To upload New guide details select New Guide option

Once the Details have been entered click Save and then Print. The Printed document is to be signed
both by the Student and Guide. Then to be scanned for upload.

Stage 4: Upload Synopsis

Submit Synopsis and Guide Acceptance form: Before submitting make sure the synopsis is signed both
by guide and student. (Allowed File format Doc, PDF and jpeg with Maximum size of 3 MB)
Uploading supportive documents: Guide details (guide form, qualification and experience certificate file
allowed file format rar & zip with) Maximum size of 3 MB

Project synopsis status (Not Submitted/In Review/Approved/Rejected) can be seen in the Project
Synopsis Classroom.
Students whos Project Synopsis has been rejected have to resubmit it after addressing the review
comments for approval.
