Your OPPO phone model R5 (R8106) , IMEI: 123456789000000, after
checking by service staff the faulty reason is Damage caused by human
factors (including wear and scratches and break and screen damage and
damage resulting from use in an abnormal operating environment), it is not
under warranty and this have to pay for repair. The faulty part is motherboard,
the price is RM450.
