Job description
Job responsibilities
Provides overall leadership, guidance , and direction to the hotel management team as it strives to provide the highest quality in standard and services.
Manages the day-to-day operations of a hotel.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
Setting and monitoring budgets and maintaining financial and administrative records.
Organising sta rotas.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, combined with a high level of initiative.
Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services.
Well organised, good business and commercial acumen enthusiasm, strong leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and
sta.
Financial, budgeting and stock-taking skills.
Minimum of 2 years work experience in similar capacity.
