TERMS & CONDITIONS
DELIVERY

PAYMENT TERMS

DATE: 04.01.2016

30 Days from the date of Receipt of Advance

Payment along with Purchase Order.
: 60% Advance.40% before dispatch

VALIDITY

Our prices are in INR and are valid for a period of

3 weeks from date of present documents.

OTHER CHARGES

Packing Charges will be extra @ 2% as applicable.

Transport and Octroi will be charged extra at actual.

WARRANTY

Machine carries warranty for six month from the date of

Commissioning.
Any Mechanical defects, will be rectified free of cost.
Cost towards consumable parts like IR Lamps, Cards, Seal etc. and
replacement of failed / damaged Electrical / Electronic Parts will be
born by you.

OTHER TERMS :

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

To & Fro traveling and Lodging / Boarding expenses of our

Engineers visits during commissioning, training and warranty
Period will be born by you.

Installation & Commissioning Period 7 days subject to

Availability of auxiliaries our engineers will start the
installation
Once all the Utilities are in order. Any days lost on account
Non-availability of utilities or required help that will be
Counted as extra day. Any additional days will be charged @
3000 per day

If second set of mold is commissioned after the installation period,

then the same will be charged extra 3000per day.
TRAINING

Training in Our Factory in Maharashtra, India.

Training duration minimum 5 working days.
