Due to initial personnel shortage, I was asked to routinely handle the Administrate
Support for my unit until the full time Administrate Support joined the unit.
Established and managed numerous multi-million dollar accounts for the 820th
Security Forces Group; a new one-of-a-kind Force Protection unit.
Provided expert technical guidance and support involving ten different weapons
systems for 820th and 822nd Security Forces personnel assigned to the 820th SFG.
Identified, ordered, maintained and evaluated the group’s weapon requirements to
meet training and real world mission requirements.
Gave expert marksmanship and maintenance instruction on ten different weapon
systems for over 400 troops with “first in” capabilities.
Co-wrote a Host Tenant Support Agreement with Camp Blanding for support with
shipping, storing and maintaining over 20 different munitions types.

Operations Scheduler/Combat Arms Instructor
Scheduled operations and ensured classroom availability for over 50,000 Basic
Military Training students (BMT), 4,000 Security Forces (SF) Academy students and
3,000 permanent active duty personnel from 2 major installations yearly.
Routinely performed administrative duties in squadron Orderly Room during
manpower shortages involving typing, filing, composing awards packages for
Commander, reviewing all correspondence flowing to the Commander, customer
support and database management
Identified and corrected problem in section file plan in preparation for Standards and
Evaluation inspection resulting in zero discrepancies noted during the evaluation.
Restructured and managed several outdated databases to provide monthly real-time
Quality Indicator Report (QIR) Statistics for Headquarters AETC/SF.
Hand selected by squadron commander to develop and write an eighty-four page
lesson plan to meet critical shortfall in training resources. The lesson plan became a
benchmark for writing future squadron lesson plans.
Routinely selected to perform high profile briefings for visiting dignitaries to include
Air Force Undersecretary, Mr. Rudy DeLeon; Air Force Security Forces Director,
Brigadier General Dick Coleman; and San Antonio Mayor, Bill Thornton.

Combat Arms Instructor
Developed and implemented new filing system and publications library where one
did not previously exist.
Devised a more efficient ammunition tracking procedure which subsequently
reduced average paperwork time from 35 minutes to less than 5 minutes.
Expertly scheduled range time, assigned class dates and published training schedules
when primary scheduling NCO was absent.
