The Southgate Anderson Student Council, National Honor Society and Honors Club held the very first Senior Citizen Prom. The night shimmered with decoration of black, white, and silver clearly expressing the Prom's theme "Puttin on the Ritz". The prom was attended by Southgate's Adult Education Classes and by Anderson Students who proudly escorted the Seniors throughout the night. The night was a smashing success. Young and old came together as one for a spectacular time and an evening that would never be forgotten. Mr. Gallinat, Mrs. Gallinat, Mr. Yodhes, Mr. Anderson were committee advisors. Dawn New chaired the committee to its
ultimate success.

Corsages and pictures were part of the evening.
