1. Strengthen knowledge of business administration: These courses include required courses and
selective courses.
2. Ensure knowledge of a specific industry sector: These courses are selective.
3. Combine theory with practic e: The courses will be instructed by professors with specialization in
the relevant area and lecturers with practical experience; the course material (selective courses in
particular) will majorly include evidence based literature.
4. Accommodate demand in the rapidly changing social environment: The elective courses are
designed to include various seminars and studies to keep the courses flexible.
5. The courses are added and revised in accordance with Tamkang University's triple objective:
globalization, info rmation-oriented education, and future -oriented education. For example, electronic
commerce, risk management, cross -culture management, entrepreneur & new venture creation, and
technology management, etc.
