Due to the strong growth of the company our client has given us the assignment to
search for a fulltime:


Location: Schiphol-Rijk (headquarters)

Basic Purpose:
To handle all facility related matters, such as maintenance, repairs and expansions of
current and new facilities in order to optimise operations in terms of stability (minimum
down-time), cost effectiveness and security with maximum client satisfaction.

Main duties and responsibilities:

− Manage all facility (management) activities
− Implement new systems
− Support Customer Implementation Process
− Co-ordinate service delivery of Value Added Services (VAS)
− Co-ordinate Health & Safety activities within operation
− Performance of actual maintenance
− Optimize capacity planning
− Support insurance processes

− Educated to a degree (bachelor) level in a technical field or local equivalent
− Minimum of 5 – 7 years experience in a facility manager role, preferably in an
industrial/mechanical engineering environment (e.g. full continuous factory) or;
− Experience in building a data center or;
− Sr. electrician/electrical engineer that managed implementation
− Understand Data Centre environment
− Strong technical background in electrical and cooling systems is preferable
− Fluent English

Salary: € 55,000,- plus car ex. Bonus and other benefits.
