TUNA RICE N OATS SALAD

(Serves 6)
Ingredients
cup rice (white or brown)
9 tbsp Quaker Oats For Rice
1 cups water
1 tbsp ikan bilis granules
2 cans tuna chunks in water (drained, flaked)
4 stalks celery, sliced
10 cherry tomato (halved)
8 stalks parsley, chopped
For dressing:
cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1 tbsp virgin olive oil
Method:
1. Mix rice with Quaker Oats For Rice with water and cook in rice cooker. When r
ice is cooked, dish out and allow to cool.
2. Pour dressing ingredients in jar, cover and shake well.
3. Put rice, tuna, celery, tomato and parsley in salad bowl. Add dressing and mi
x well.
